L'emplacement, la taille de la chambre, la terrasse

Cons:

Piscine mal gérée, toux et les yeux piquent en entrant dans la pièce. Personne n'a pu se baigner plus de 5 minutes dans notre groupe (tournoi soccer)

La grandeur et propreté de la chambre

Cons:

La piscine est clairement dangereuse ... toux, étourdissements et yeux qui brûlent de nos enfants après même pas 5 minutes dans la piscine ...
Nous y étions pour un tournoi de soccer, de pouvoir relaxer dans la piscine aurait été très apprécié !

Très bien le déjeuner, malheureusement le restaurant était fermé pour le souper durant 2 jours.

Pros:

L’emplacement géographique , le restaurant est très bien et le personnel très accueillant et gentil contrairement aux personnels de l’accueil de l’hôtel !

Cons:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très peu sympathique , à chaque question que nous avons demandé ont dirait qu’ont l’ai dérangeait , de plus ils sont pas accueillant !

Personnel courtois et utile. Hôtel communiquant avec le centre des congrès.

Cons:

Les chambres à un lit queen sans divan-lit sont situées au rez-de-chaussé et ne sont pas rénovées. Climatisation bruyante.

Pros:

La chambre était superbe et le restaurant vraiment bon pour souper et déjeuner. Les enfants de 5 et moins mangent gratuitement dans le restaurant c’est vraiment super!!

Cons:

Le check in à 16h est beaucoup trop tard, surtout avec une famille et de jeunes enfants et surtout quand nous payons pour une suite. Ils n’ont pas su m’accommoder malgré ma demande à l’avance par écrit et ma demande sur place.
