Pros:

비교적 깨끗하고 도심 한복판에 있어 이용이 편리했습니디. 상업지구에 있다보니 소음은 다소 신경쓰였으나 잘 보낸 것 같네요~

Es bastante bueno pero no hay agua para beber en ningún lado del hotel hay q salir a comprar y si TV solo está en japonés. No hay ningún espacio para trabajar no hay comedor o restaurante. La ubicación está muy cerca de la estación bálsan del metro aunque lejos del centro

シャワーはレバーを倒すところがわからず最初は困ったが、お湯も水の出具合も問題なし。ルームクリーニングは選べるけど、掃除しなくても水とタオルは交換はしてくれる。部屋も広い、冷蔵庫あり、使わなかったけどレンジあり。シャンプー石鹸あり、歯ブラシはフロント自販機に用意あり。1人利用でもツインベッドで広かった。
24時間飲食店が多く、夜でも周りは人が多い。うるさいというわけではない安心感がある。

駅から徒歩5分以内。
鉢山駅の周辺はお店がたくさんあり買い物も便利です。
部屋には洗濯機やレンジもあり、長期滞在にも適しています。
ただ、リネン類は少し使いふるした感あり。
部屋もスーツケースを広げると通路がふさがります。
その点をマイナスしても便利さが勝るので、また利用したいです。

金浦空港に遅く到着するなら、すごくおすすめです。周囲は飲み屋さんとか十分にあります。お部屋はキッチン付き、洗濯機付きでした。古いですがきれいにしてあって、初日とか、最後の日とか、空港に近くて、変に苦労することないです。

日本語が話せるスタッフがいるとありましたが、いませんでした。
ホテルのすぐ目の前にコンビニがあり、周りは居酒屋だらけで、近くにはゲームセンターやカフェもあり便利でした。
駅からも歩いて10分もかからないので、利便性はいいと思います！

スリッパ使い捨てではありませんでしたがありました。無料のペットボトル水2本あり。歯ブラシはどこも基本無しですね。コンセント変換器は持参した方が良いです。
