Pros:

Чудовий готель, в самому центрі. З розкішними сходами та дверми. Розташуавння, краще не буває. Номер чистий, невеликий, ліжко зручне. Якщо будемо ще раз приіджати, однозначно повернемось сюди.

Cons:

Один мінус, якщо відкрите вікно, дуже шумно. Але, якщо не відкривати вікна, і користуватися кондиціонером, то все тихо. Хоча, вважаю це не мінусом.

Will definitely stay again, but cleaning crew has to put more effort
Cons:

The cleaning staff HAS TO pay more attention to bathrooms. It is the second time we have had an issue with a dirty bathroom.

It's important to note that the lovely receptionist (who speaks English very well) did everything she could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to her, we did not leave with a bitter feeling.

However, having cleanliness issues with the bathroom 2 times in a row is not ideal by far.

We will definitely stay again and truly hope that the housekeeping staff will fix this issue.

Also, the AC was making a drowning Demogorgon noises, which we did bring to the attention to the staff, and hopefully it has been already fixed by now. It worked very well, the temperature in our room was perfect while it was really hot outside. The only issue was the loud noise.

Everything else was near perfect: room, view, communication, luggage storage, comfort.
