positiva no geral mas podia ter sido melhor sem grade esforço.

Bom pequeno almoço e hotel silencioso. boa localização

Cons:

Luzes brancas (frias) e o serviço das funcionárias do restaurante (no pequeno almoço) é muito pouco simpático.

Gerne wieder, das Eine oder Andere ist noch ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Größe komfortabel (Nr 312).
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Alles was man an Speisen bestellt hat war sehr gut.
Der Service beim Frühstück, im Restaurant und in der Bar war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Musik am Abend in der Bar war sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten nachts ein Geräusch wie von einem Generator, dadurch kam es nachts zu Störungen der Mobiltelefone, was sehr laut wurde. Wir haben diese daraufhin abgeschaltet.
Der Preis schien uns hinsichtlich des Designs der Zimmer etwas hoch. Zumindest sollte dann die Minibar oder das Wasser im Preis inkludiert sein.
Parkplätze sind vorhanden, sollten bei dem momentanen Zustand aber eher kostenfrei sein, da es schon ein bisschen Geschick beim Einparken erfordert.

Das Haus liegt in grandioser Lage mitten in der Stadt (vor allem großartig von Pool und Hottub auf dem Dach). Wir erhielten ein "Zimmer" (Nr. 215), das ein eigenes kleines Haus mit zwei Stockwerken war. Da ich während des Aufenthalts Geburtstag hatte, überraschte mich das Management mit einer Torte auf dem Zimmer - DANKE dafür 😋 ! Auch zu Ostern gab es eine Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, abwechslungsreich und mit frisch zubereiteten Eiergerichten ergänzbar - wunderbar und köstlich.

Cons:

Der Umweltschutz wird noch nicht sehr groß geschrieben : So wurden alle Handtücher und Badetücher JEDEN Tag gewechselt, egal wo und wie man sie hinlegte. Beim Frühstück gab es Einiges in Einwegverpackung, etc. Umweltschutz dürfte aber allgemein auf Madeira noch einigen Nachholbedarf haben - leider.

Modernes und gemütliches Hotel an einer super Lage.
Pros:

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit Geschichte. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei allen Fragen hat uns das Personal freundlich unterstützt.

Cons:

Gleich gegenüber von unserem Zimmer war die Dusche des Nachbarzimmers. Die Dusche war sehr laut und an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken, wenn der Nachbar um 6 Uhr morgens duschen ging.

Merveilleux hôtel !
Pros:

Absolument parfait ! Hôtel très bien situé. Chambres et literie très confortables. Petit déjeuner incroyable. Bar rooftop. Piscine panoramique sur le toit (superbe vue), jacuzzi à part (panoramique lui aussi) et nombreux transats. Piscine au -1 (moins grande) et spa (pas essayé). Personnel charmant et fort attentionné. Grand parking.

Cons:

Par souci de bien faire, le personnel place les hôtes à table au petit-déjeuner, d'où un peu de file. C'est toutefois un détail.

Pros:

L’emplacement est top et la taille humaine de l’hôtel est appréciable. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très agréables, le SPA et les massages sont top. La restauration est excellente , petit déjeuner avec un choix infini et très bon. La cuisine du chef est quant à elle exceptionnelle, meilleur restaurant sur tous ceux testés à Funchal avec des prix plus que correct pour la qualité et la saveur des plats, un grand BRAVO ! Le personnel que ce soit à la réception, au service, le SPA ou le ménage sont très compétents et bienveillants. Nous n’irons pas ailleurs lorsque nous reviendrons.

Cons:

Seul bémol est le 4eme étage pour les chambres. Le roof top accueille la piscine et le jacuzzi. Dès lors, pendant les heures d’ouverture c’est un bruit récurrent de chaises longues, de tables et de chaises qu’on bouge… Nous avons eu la malchance d’une nuit avec beaucoup de vent (limite tempête) qui a aussi bougé toute la nuit les équipements qui n’avaient malheureusement pas été rangés en prévision. Conclusion : nous reviendrons mais surtout pas au 4eme étage.

Однозначно понравилось расположение и приветливость персонала.чисто. На этом всё.

Cons:

Все остальное идет в минус отелю.

И ужасные матрасы с подушками на скрипящем основании.

И шумоизоляция номеров.

И запахи, идущие из ресторана, и посредственное качество и выбор блюд на завтраке.

В общем, все это не дотягивает до четырех звезд точно. Ну а дизайнер — это, конечно, отдельная песня.

Дешевые материалы и отсутствие уюта в оформлении номеров.

Чего стоит только выбор дизайна для умывальника! Для того чтобы в нем умыться, человеку ростом 180 сантиметров нужно нагнуться буквой Г. Ребенок точно не дотянется до раковины. Общее Соотношение цены и качества неудовлетворительное. Если бы отель назывался не бутик-отелем, а хостелом и стоил в два раза дешевле, то это был бы лучший отель на Мадейре.

Но за те деньги, которые он стоит, это очень плохой выбор.
