Wouldn’t recommend staying.

I do think the staff was really good and trying but the room had lights that didn't work and one went out while using the room and the hot water went out

We arrived to find that no one reserved our room! There were no other rooms available in the whole town. We had to keep driving another 3 hours and slept in our car because there were no vacancies anywhere. We demand a refund as it was not our fault.

This is a contract issie between hotels.com and the hotel. When i arrived the clerk said the owner had canceled the reservation because they were sold out. Then a second clerk came in, and after a while she said she had a larger group she could move to a sister hotel. Since my reservations had been canceled (so they claimed) they made me pay a second time. They ckaimed the cancelation resulted in not being paid by hotels.com.
Three hours later i finally found a phone number to talk to a live, but noy very helpful, hotels.com agent. He agreed to file some kind of a report, but the whole time i was treated like the issue was my problem, not theirs.

Got a sense of nostalgia for a nice small town motel. Well kept up and maintained. Great value, nice staff.

Not a good experience. We got to the room, carpet was dirty, we had to ask for toilet paper and only had one wash cloth. He said they were short on wash cloths. They must live there so children were running around our car and running scooters thru out the parking lot. No coffee pot in the room and the lobby was locked so we couldn’t get ice because the ice machine was in the lobby . ( locked ) bad experience

We could not stay, the room was double booked. We had to find another place.

The front Desk Staff was very welcoming!! Clean room, And close to down town shopping!!

Awful place. Rooms laminate floor all worn, smell in the room and the flies were horrible. We demanded a refund and did not stay!

Good place to stay at a budget price. The room is clean. It was quiet. So we were able to get a good night's sleep. Check in was okay. The clerk was soft spoken. She was nice. Located close to downtown Riverton.

Loved our stay, great service

The only good things were the price and the fact they had one room available at the last minute. The roim was filthy but the bed was comfortable. No bed bugs! The only reason we stayed is because we had been traveling for the last 3 days and still had several hours to drive to our destination. Wewere up b4 dawn and outta there! Housekeeping is the worst problem this motel has, but it was also noisy. The blind on the window was bent so we used bath towels to cover the holes for privacy.

Well lit, close to eateries, staff was great, plenty of parking.

Good customer service and price accommodations!

Rooms had no coffee, nor did the registration office. Partially remodeled, not good at all. Towels. Smelled clean but were stained not white and small. There were families living in the apartments, noisy at night outside my room and some intoxicated guy woke me up looking for his sister. He wanted me to let him look inside the room. Do not recommend! There is a lot of sketchy stuff going on at the Tomahawk!
