Beautiful place, would recommend
Pros:

Rooms, communal areas and pool were all great. We loved spending a night there. Hearing the howler monkeys at dawn.

Cons:

We had not realised that although staying inside Tikal we could not wander back into the park ourselves to see the sunset. We had to pay for another ticket and another guide. However, it was still worth it!

Cons:

La relación calidad - precio no lo vale, se ofrece como un hotel exclusivo por su ubicación e instalaciones, pero deja mucho que desear, no cuenta con aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios, no hay accesorios básicos (sillas, secador de pelo, mesas) en la habitación. Aunque se menciona que es propenso a que hayan variedad de insectos dentro de la habitación había una cantidad considerable de estos.
Por último (quizás un poco ajeno al hotel), los tour que tomamos amanecer y atardecernos (con distinros guias) se contaba datos diferentes y opuestos, por lo que se contradecía en la información entregada.

Disfrutamos TIKAL EN FAMILIA
Pros:

El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado dentro del parque de Tikal lo cual nos permitio descansar y no madrugar tanto. Fui con mi esposo y dos hijas de 7 y 9 años quienes la pasaron genial.
Las habitacioines comodas, no tienen A.C pero si ventilador y las ventanas solo tienen atrapa mosquitdos, sin vidrios. Se peude vivir una experiencia linda compartiendo de cerca con la naturaleza. Sonido de animales por las mananas, lluvia, grillos entre otros. Las ares comunes muy lindas, bien decoradas, cómodas y amplias. El area de piscina comoda y a buena temperatura mis hijas la gozaron. El restaurante y bar muy bien diseñados, la comida rica y buen tamaño. Hay wifi en las areas comunes :)

Bien, para hacer el tour a Tikal, pero no el precio es muy alto, para un lodge tan básico
Pros:

La ubicación, aunque la habitación que nos tocó estaba en la entrada, entonces se escuchaba todo el ruido

Cons:

Me pareción un hotel muy caro para no tener mínimo desayuno, no aire acondicionado, no tener internet en la habitación y eso que estabamos a 50 metros de la recepción (lugar donde si había)

Una experiencia inolvidable en plena selva

Nuestra estancia en Jungle Lodge Tikal fue inolvidable. El hotel está ubicado en un entorno privilegiado, rodeado por la impresionante selva de Tikal, lo que hace que la experiencia sea realmente especial.

Durante nuestra estancia contratamos las excursiones al amanecer, la visita diurna a Tikal y la excursión a Yaxhá, y todas superaron nuestras expectativas. Queremos destacar especialmente la profesionalidad y el conocimiento de los guías. José Luis, en las visitas a Tikal, hizo que cada recorrido fuera muy interesante gracias a sus explicaciones sobre la historia, la arqueología y la fauna de la zona. Marvin, en la excursión a Yaxhá, también fue un guía excelente, muy atento y apasionado por su trabajo.

El hotel es muy cómodo y ofrece la oportunidad de disfrutar de la naturaleza en un entorno único. Dormir y despertar en plena selva, escuchando los sonidos de los animales, es una experiencia difícil de olvidar.

Sin duda, recomendaríamos tanto el hotel como sus excursiones a cualquiera que quiera descubrir la magia de Tikal y Yaxhá.

Pocas opciones vegetarianas en el menú. Imposibilidad de coger pensión de habitación con desayuno, todos los pagos de comida deben ser por separado

The secluded area and the natural environment. Easy and friendly airport to and from transportation.

Cons:

Although beds had netting, the amount of bugs in rooms, restaurant, and lounging areas were too much. We all came back with several bug bites

Beautiful Jungle retreat
Pros:

The whole property was a jungle dream! The room and facilities were beautiful and comfortable. There is no a/c so would not recommend to stay on a very hot season. Restaurant was nice and food was very good but the best part is the location as it is located inside the Tikal archeological park so once you have your tickets, you can walk in and out at your own pace and not necessarily with a tour guide.
