Best value for money and cozy experience
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly and promptly addressed our complaints about some malfunctions in 30 mins. Considering the very affordable price, the hotel room offers a cozy design with just enough space to move around, despite being small. It is equipped with toilet paper, clothes hangers, a sturdy cabinet, and a table. There is also a hot/cold water dispenser near the elevator, making it easy to prepare coffee, as the room does not include a kettle. Most importantly, the hotel is located at a strategic place where you can access convenient store, food stalls, groceries and malls nearby.

There were ants crawling in and out near the wall corner where the air conditioner is installed, close to the outlet.

Pros:

Location is not too bad, there's some restaurants/coffee shops nearby, NSK and a small mall is within walking distance also
