ロケーションも和歌山駅から近く、夕食の食事場所に困らない。道を挟んで向かい側に食品スーパーもある。

Cons:

改装直後なので、塗装剤のニオイがプンプンすること。
改装中で、朝食会場が狭く、待たされたり、狭い場所に詰め込まれたりする。

Truly lives up to its name as "comfort".
Pros:

This hotel is located near Wakayama Station, making it very convenient to access public transportation. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite, and they answered all my questions in detail. The room was quite clean and comfortable, and if you choose not to have it cleaned, you can get new towels. Breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation package. If there is insufficient dining space, lunch boxes （bento) are also provided for guests to take back to their rooms. In addition, the hotel offers welcome drinks for guests between 2 PM and midnight.

とても快適でした。
Pros:

宿泊日が日曜ぼだったので、定休日のお店も多い中スタッフの方が夕食のお店を色々教えてくださいました。
駐車場が敷地内にあったのもとてもよかったです。
10F東向きの部屋で朝焼けが見れました、美しかったです。
