離車站很近，走路三分鐘內可到，車站樓上即近鐵及MIO百貨，方便逛街購物，徒步到和歌山城只要30分鐘左右。HOTEL設備新穎，早餐豐盛。中文“康福特茵”即COMFORT HOTEL，和我們在紀伊田邊訂的COMFORT HOTEL是同一家，但房間格局較小。

駅から近く、徒歩5分ほどの所にスーパーも。
また無料で朝食もついており、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえました！
またスーパーで購入したお弁当を食べれる場所がなく、ダメ元で「どこかに食べれる場所ありますか？」と聞いた所、「カフェテリアをぜひご使用ください:⁠-⁠) お水やお茶もよかったらどうぞ。」と言ってくださり、とてもありがたかったです！
また和歌山に行く際は利用したいと思います！
