また利用したい。
Pros:

朝食がとてもおいしかった。スタッフの皆さんの態度が素晴らしかった。

Cons:

シェーバーがあると思って持ってこなかったのですが、無かったため髭剃りができなかった。コスト削減は理解しますが、無いなら無いとわかるよう明示してもらっていたら良かったと思います。

Pros:

スタッフの対応が分かりやすく、爽やかだった。

Cons:

カードとエレベーターを連動させ、客室フロアに部外者の立ち入りが出来ないシステムになれば、安心のレベルが更に上がったと思います。
