都心のアクセスが良いホテル
Pros:

従業員も優しく、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらいました。チェックインの時には、荷物に名前が書かれてありしっかりしてると感じました。
エレベーターがあれば最高なんですが。。。

Friendly clean and convenient budget hotel
Pros:

Very happy with the service and location of the hotel. Close to BTS Chitlom and Big C supermarket. Hotel is however very dated. If you like to spend alot of time in the hotel i would recommend book elsewhere. For a simple clean hotel to sleep in and freshen up it is a great budget hotel.

Pros:

Reception at night shift was helpfully excepted reception in the morning shift. She doesn’t know what is good service mind. Well We didn’t expected much as it’s 2.5 star hotel. But you guys should improve your communication skill with your team and specially with guests. There was a story that we wanted to print out some documents, staff at night shift said it was 20 Bath per page. We didn’t do it immediately as it super late night so we came at the reception in the next morning and she said “we never have that stuff” with the face like I’m stupid person. Anyway I was happy with the staff at night shift for your all service mind and help

BIG-C真裏で場所も便利でした。
フロントのお姉さんもとても感じ良くて、この金額にしてはとても満足しました。

離big c 跟夜市不遠但老舊
Pros:

離市區近，員工也很有善
一進房就聞到臭味，需要開冷氣才能改善，廁所放盥洗用品的小籃子居然有頭髮在裡面，清潔有待改善
床的彈簧會有聲音很吵
早餐不怎樣，不如去外面吃

Over priced for what they offer. Staff not friendly, which is a shame since "smiles are free". Note they don't have am elevator.

Convenient and close to Big C
Pros:

The location is behind big c. The hotel deco is a bit dated. But clean. No elevator. So need to take the stair everyday. But value for money

離Central world &Big C很近
Pros:

離Central world &Big C很近,旁邊有條小路走路2分鐘就到Big C囉,旅館路口有7-11便利商店斜對面有星巴克很棒,這旅館是老飯店了,所以飯店設備都有些陳舊,但是還算蠻乾淨的,櫃台和清潔人員都很客氣,離BTS Chit Lom站走路只要10分鐘左右,以這價錢算很值得了
