Pros:

The room is really big and bright.
The lady at the reception let me use their microwave and gave me extra water. In general, staff is very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom is small, room was a bit dusty.
Just stopped in Dong Hoi to rest and go to Phong Nha the following day. I don't recommend going to Dong Hoi because there is nothing and it's a bit depressing.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a parttól.pár percre, a környéken gyalogosan is megtalálható minden fontos dolog. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves. A szoba nagy volt és nagyon tiszta. 10/10 ár-érték arány.

Pros:

I arrived unwell and needed to extend my stay for several nights. A great place to end up staying longer than I imagined I would do. Great people!
The cleanest hotel I've experienced in Vietnam too!

A very friendly staff in a great location.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful..The room was large with big windows that provided cross ventilation so I didn’t need to use the AC. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

This is no fault of the hotel but all the streets in the neighborhood are currently under construction so it was a little noisy during the day. The work should be completed by the first of March and it will be very nice indeed!

Great value and comfortable base to explore the Phong Kha caves and national park
Pros:

This is an excellent family-run small hotel that offers comfort, great service and a lovely location, for superb value for money. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The bed and shower were great. They make a very affordable breakfast if you want it. They organised wonderful tour of the nearby caves and national park. Dong Hoi is a charming small town with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Cons:

It’s not the property’s fault, but the autumn and winter 2025 cyclones have devastated the Dong Hoi beaches. Hopefully these, and the restaurants behind the beach, will be cleaned up and reopened in spring 2026.

Phòng rộng sạch, vị trí trung tâm, giá hợp lý
Pros:

Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm gần phố đi bộ và sông Nhật lệ, xung quanh nhiều tiện ích nhà hàng cafe; gia đình chủ rất dễ thương nhiệt tình giúp đỡ. Giá phòng rất hợp lý.

Cons:

Chỗ đậu oto rất khó khăn, vì trước cửa là trường dạy lái xe, xung quanh lúc nào cũng chật kín oto.
