Guest Reviews
While booking hotels it showed that we will be given one time pick up from/ drop to airport
However we travelled by train. Railway station was very neyar to the hotel and we asked for a drop service which was straight away denied by the staff . I was traveling with my family and it was not expected . I had to face problems in finding transport . It was very disappointing.
I expect a call from your customer service with proper justification
.
One of the receptionists is great; he convinced me to stay more days here with his wonderful service. The hotel is quite far from the center but Uber is very cheap and worked well for me. Is almost in front of the railway station so was very convenient for me as I needed to take a train early in the morning. The restaurant is also good.
It's not the best location and not many options for things to eat nearby. The laundry service is overpriced.
Worst experience ever
They denied booking.com policies too, and denied our stay, also demanded extra amount other than the fixed amount(including taxes)
overall room was good.
Tea should have been served at the time of check in.
Superb location. Very close to railway station.
