Would not stay again.
Cons:

The sofa bed was very small and couldn't fit two children let alone anybody larger. Also there weren't any curtains/blinds so we had light coming into the room during the night and then even more so in the morning when the sun came up.

EXCEPTIONAL!!
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, well-maintained and highly comfortable. Excellent location and definitely worth the price. There was ample kitchen space and very easy to use. Bathrooms were clean, and towels were replaced on request.
The support team were also helpful.
I would 100% recommend this place for my friends and family travelling to Edinburgh.

Cons:

After checking in around 8 PM, we found our bathroom door was locked. I'm not sure how it happened, and there was no one on site to fix it. I had to contact the support team via email and call their only support number listed in the app. After several requests via chat and email, I was provided with a replacement room for the night, the door issue was resolved the following morning, and I was handed back the original room I had booked.

Unfortunately I would not stay there again for that price.

The location was handy. View from the window was interesting.

Lots of natural light.

The WC was modern and the place overall was pretty clean.

There was enough space.

Cons:

The WiFi was spotty.

There was no cream for tea or coffee.

Doors were creaky.

There was no staff to interact with in person.

You could hear everything said in the hallway from your room. You could hear when guests left early in the morning.
