Pros:

Not as advertised. No wi-fi in rooms. Had to change rooms due to broken air conditioning unit. shower drain blocked. Staff had no clue that I paid my bill when booked. Had to ask for towels. had to stay in lobby to use wi-fi. Never use this hotel every again. will not recommend to anyone

Vraiment mauvaise experience - sale chambre
Pros:


1. Chambres très mauvaises (beaucoup de moisissures, encore plus de poussière, nuisances sonores)
2. Service et politesse très médiocres
3. Mentir sur la disponibilité des chambres réservées.

Ne venez certainement pas ici - vous paierez peut-être peu, mais vous ne dormirez presque pas.

C’était une mauvaise expérience, j’ai réservé une chambre supérieure mais à l’arrivée on m’a donné une chambre standard, sous prétexte que toutes les chambres ne sont pas libres, alors que ce n’est pas mon problème c’est une faute de gestion de leur part. En plus de ça la chambre standard que j’ai eu était sale et il n’y avait pas d’articles de toilette, pas de serviette pour le visage, une seule serviette à bain pour 2 personnes

Pros:

I changed my room 4 time and still has the same issue hot water you will never get it right away this is my first time go to the city I was assuming the hotel is really good and I find out is not

Hotel that need improvements
Pros:

3/5 the front desk is in a good condition , however the rooms need updates , only 2 towels were supplied , , it's an old hotel that needs improvement
