Cons:

Le service du taxi !
Le taxi n'a pas été commandé comme prévu et la course valait 180 dh et comme le taximan n'avait pas de monnaie j'ai dû payer 200 dh ! Je trouve que cette façon de faire est malhonnête ! Pourrions régler ke taxi directement à la réception ?

Pros:

Le personnel est sympa. Lors d'une nuit j'ai trouvé un gros cafard dans la salle de bain je l'ai tué avec ma claquette et le matin je retrouve une invasion de foumis dessus et partout. Je l'ai signalé on a voulu me changer de chambre mais celle-ci encore plus étroite donc pas changé ... ils ont nettoyé la chambre mais personne n'est venu me voir jusqu'au jour du départ où j'en ai parlé avec une employé ou responsable. Qui a fait "l'étonné". Je ne voulais plus rester dans cet hôtel. Malgré la sympathie de certains comme le responsable restaurant Khalid qui est très gentil et 2 autres gars du terrain polyvalent.

Cons:

Le manque d'empathie de certaines personnes. Je n'arrive pas à partager les photos ou vidéos du cafard et la colonnie de fourmis comme par hasard 😕

Le personnel exceptionnelle vraiment serviable et gentil un grand merci pour le responsable de salle d une gentillesse magnifique et d une bienveillance tellement rare merci à lui proximité top

Je n aie pas aimée niveau piscine pas de musique plus de soleil à partir de 16 h car hotel trop haut du coup Ca cache le soleil
