Alem de colocar a placa para que o quarto fosse limpo ,desci , solicitei pessoalmente e quando voltei quarto nao havia sido limpo .

Frequento o hotel faz anos e venho acompanhando a regressão em vários itens.

O principal é o colchão que está muito ruim, com buracos.

Outro ponto é que com a Padaria real ao lado não poderia ter um café da manhâ tão fraco, começando pelo pãozinho, pão de queijo sempre muito branco e frio.

Já estive em 5 hoteis na cidade de Sorocaba, neste é a segunda vez.

Este, sem duvidas, é o melhor custo beneficio da cidade.

Quarto, cafe da manhã, funcionarios, tudo muito bom.

Além disso, algo raro atualmente, você efetivamente esta pagando por uma estadia de 24 horas, check in e check out no mesmo horario.

Parabens pela gestão.
