Location in town.
The staff was rude at the desk and the restaurant. Dinner was overpriced and average. Breakfast was same. Our breakfast server has serious attitude issues. Parking difficult as it fills up with non-staying people there for the buffets and hotel guests nowhere to park. Air conditioning unit in our room horrible and needs replaced. No guest elevator so stairs a challenge for anyone with any type of physical limitations.
Nice historic location. We were in the newer(50 years old) section and would love to have been in the more historic part of the hotel. Maybe a blessing, maybe a disappointment, not real sure.
The breakfast buffet was good,a little cool. However it was nearly 10am when we got there!
We were on the 3rd floor? And had many stairs to climb which was ok but with suitcases it was a bit hard! Had a young woman who did help us which was great as my husband had pulled a muscle!
Breakfast is always perfect at Irma.

Grumpy receptionist
Lage Super, der Laden hat Atmosphäre
The history of the building and area were interesting. The show and rodeo trip were a fun option. We were only there one night or we would have done more. The location allowed us to explore the town and park.
We were hauling a trailer and needed a place to park it. Parking for hotel was limited but hotel staff pointed out nearby public parking which helped.
Western decor, location, historical significance.
After traveling through several states, we found the staff to be the most rude and least helpful that we had encountered. Restaurant staff included. When we arrived, we were told that the room we had booked for 2 nights was under maintenance so we were forced to check out of the room after the first night and check back in to a new room for the second night. When we voiced our dissatisfaction of this inconvenience the staff acted like they could care less and provided no compensation or apologies.
