Não possui bebedouro para encher garrafas, nem água potável disponível, tudo tem que comprar e os valores são bem altos, não possui equipamento para pesca esportiva, recreação desanimada, não faz uso de todo o espaço do hotel, lençol com cheiro de urina. Os animais da fazendinha não ficam disponíveis para visitação.Não foi informado que não seria disponibilizado toalha para piscina, ou seja a mesma toalha do banho tivemos que usar na piscina. Faltam informações no site sobre o hotel.

Low Quality Venue with High prices.
Pros:

Unfortunately, my new year's eve was ruined. This is one of the worst experiences I had staying in hotels. This place should be removed from booking.com.

Cons:

This place is completely different that advertised. The facilities are poor and in dire need of maintenance. I am not easily disappointed, but this place is completely different that advertised. We left in the middle of our stay, no need to say that the venue had no intentions of giving back the money for the days we were not there.
All we had were issues, and let me break into categories:
- On Arrival: Rooms were not ready beyond the agreed check-in times. We had to wait outside with kids until the room was ready (about 2h after 16:00h).
- Parking: The venue is on the slope of a mountain with a narrow road with cement walls in both side. If you have an SUV, you will have a hard time trying to turn without hitting the walls or the hotel. There a very small car bays.
- Room: The room is very spacious, but the air-conditioner does not cover it: result is sweat nights due to the heat. The room window does not close completely and since the hotel is right next to a busy motorway, you can hear vehicle's noises the entire night.
- Toilet: The toilet was broken and using it was a hassle. You have to jiggle to keep on top of the toilet. At least the flush was working.
- Facilities: No staff at the bar, green pool, rude entertainers. The area of game rooms and horses had a foul smell that we could not stay near. Tennis table had no balls for 3 days (until we left).
- Restaurant: My kid orders some juice to the waiter. After 20 min, it did not arrive and we asked again, only to be notified that there was a shortage of glasses and they could not serve it (what?). The food is very simple but well prepared.
- Location: This is in the middle of a busy motorway with no amenities!

*** PAYING ***: Although the venue is required to generated an invoice, they refused to issue one. This is very concerning as they may be avoiding local taxes. We tried to discuss about it and they said that the person responsible for it was out (although the entire system is digital)
