If you're here for Grandmas Marathon, THIS is the place to stay!
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Ease of check in& or. Delicious breakfast with plentiful options to choose from. The 24 hr gym and hot tub/pool was a plus. The sitting areas outdoor with fire pit was pleasant. The support for the running community and decorations and goody bags made with runners in mind were so much appreciated and tshirts were too cute and one of a kind not found at the expo!

Good but pricey
Pros:

Location is very handy for us. We visit a relative that lives about five miles from the hotel.

Cons:

The per night charges are too high. We’ve been coming up to visit a relative for years and the cost of staying at this hotel is ridiculous. We love the location and the property but the prices are forcing us to find a lesser priced and likely lower quality hotel for our visits.

Great Stay
Pros:

Very nice 2-night stay. Surprised facility 10 yrs old, as extremely clean/updated. Only change from usual HIE experience was no coffee in rooms, but 24/7 coffee available downstairs. Great bed; excellent shower; nice breakfast offerings; professional/courteous staff.

Front desk appreciation
Pros:

Needed to extend a night due to fire closures in area we were travelling. Elizabeth and Shane at front desk were extremely helpful in assisting so we could stay in our same room for an extra night. Much appreciated and hope all in the 2 harbours area are safe.

Amazing customer service!
Pros:

My sister & I enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was clean & beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect as it was the center of our visit to Duluth. The customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Laura was so kind and we enjoyed talking with her!

Очень чистый отель, везде порядок , удобная кровать и подушки, большой номер, новое постельное белье и хорошие полотенца,бесшумный кондиционер, очень хороший персонал, хороший и разнообразный завтрак, тишина , не было слышно соседей и людей в коридоре .
