Java Pension House Bacolod

We did not check in, the Java Pension House was burned last week..I would like to get my refund.

this was the worse place i stay ever the rooms was too dirty the blanket and pillow case are smelly a lot of mosquitoes the toilet is clogged stinky water on the floor. i will never recommend stay in here the building was like hunted house

We cancelled our stay. I was dismayed with JAVA INN. very poor house keeping. Very sub- standard. Don’t recommend again in your site.

the site is good with affordable price but the restroom is so dirty and the floor is flooded with water from the toilet drainage

the first room we got there was an ant colony in the closetband there was tiles in the bathroom ready to fall. the second room was ok but the dobble bed had seen better days. this is not a place to stay more than 1night. NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN

Not suitable for travellers, the room is dirty, the service is poor...and most of all, they did not provide what we agreed for the room i've choosed in the booking, we booked for two doubled bed, but they give us one only, with 2 extra matress placed on the dirty floor...crippy...i recommend not to stay that place, no lift.

The location is good since its near supermarket, local market and ATM's. The signage though is a bit small and a bit difficult to find. Theres no elevator and u have to climb about 3 or 4 flight of stairs. The room is big and clean enough and i wasnt really choosy since it was pretty cheap. My nephews and niece enjoyed staying here then again its their first time in the city. Lol. Its not 5 star but its pretty decent compared to dormitels, their sis clmpany.

although the facilities are older, it's a nice place to stay if your tigth in budget.

The comfort room is ill-maintained... linen seemed unwashed... the faucet at the sink...

I paid twice in this hotel, i used my visa card and i paid cash in the hotel. I only need to pay 1 night in this hotel but the receptionist didn’t even tell me that the expedia.com.ph already did the automatic payment in my card

did not feel safe in this location always people hanging around the entrance. toilet dirty

The place is very accessible.Its affordable and good place to stay, staff are friendly. Some facility just needs to be fixed (the faucet and the sink inside the lavatory) Overall experience is good.

The Java Pension Inn is an old building formerly Bascon hotel I guess. The hallway going to each room is a bit dark. The door lock is defective, the towel provided are a bit old & smelly, the aircon is not functioning well & in fan mode & not cooling, we requested Electric fan. The bathroom has defective shower, you need to use pail/deeper to take a bath. The bowl area has no drainage therefore excess water coming from shower area create stagnant water

The room has foul odor. The building is so old and not comfortable to stay. The room carpet had bad smell.

It was an old building. The comfort room faucet, etc. were since the dawn of time

other people who are staying are quite noisy.

Toilet bowl was stained and unclean. Room smells. Wont go back
