Location was great. Bed was large and comfortable. The rooms were clean and staff was super pleasant. The gym was a nice bonus, adequately equipped. The pool in the terrace was also really nice.
A/C unit was either unbearably cold or hot, no matter how much we fiddled with it. The hotel has terrible sound insulation, we could hear every sound in the street even from the 6th floor. The breakfast wasn't very good, despite what the reviews said. The bathroom design leaves a lot to be desired, showering renders the toilet unaccesible unless you want to get wet.
Clean
Ripping People Off by charging 62X more than anyone else for 1KG laundry. We were charged nearly 2 million dong for mainly under garments being washed at $30,000 PER sock or underwear.
And when confronted accepted yes it’s expensive but did nothing to lower it. They charge as if they run EACH piece of clothing into its OWN machine and tailor dry it. The exact same wash was available next door which we stupidly didn’t notice. It’s likely it was washed there and they charged us 62x the price due to being Tourists.
Not good at all for any countries standards or economy. Shame on you.

The ONE elevator for all rooms is hard and patience is needed most of the time.
Breakfast was very basic and. Hardly any choice for a western breakfast lover.

Stanza grande (suite), personale gentilissimo, colazione ok, arredamento moderno e con stile, piscina sul tetto.
Palestra giusto ok, arredamento delle camere un pó datato e muri da ripitturare.
Jedno z nejlepších ubytování v Danangu. Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný, nádherný výhled, každý den úklid. Pohodlná postel. Fungovala zde wifi, Netflix i Apple TV. Střešní bazén je úžasný. Snídaně bohaté, naprosto dostačující. Personál 11/10. Fitness taky postačilo.
V pokoji nebylo moc úložného prostoru.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect, conveniently situated close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore and get around without any hassle.
What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude really made me feel at home throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop swimming pool. It’s a fantastic space to relax, with great views and a lovely atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again!

Le bruit des travaux signalés mais qui ne nous ont pas gênés au 4eme étage.

Our room looked really great and the bed was so comfortable but the noise from the road is disturbing.. they need to double glaze the windows to allow guests to have a more restful stay.
The plumbing in the bathroom could be improved.
