바로 밑에 있는 리셉션 겸 레스토랑은 맛있고 직원들은 친절하지만 룸 컨디션은 별로였어요.. 벌레가 너무 많고 에어컨이 없습니다 해먹과 앞 정원은 편안하고 시내와 가까워 이틀이나 묵었지만 이미 호텔스닷컴 어플 내에서 지불을 완료했는데 현지에서 루피로 또 다시 지불하라고 해서 돈 두번 냈다가 불쾌하게 되돌려 받았습니다

Nice if you're lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms but if not, the rooms are disgusting, very very old and in desperate need of an update. Wifi didn't work for the full 3 nights we were there. View of Ella pass from the balcony is amazing though

The hotel in the city centre. But room not so clean. For one night it was ok.

Schönes und mehrheitlich gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Ella bietet zwar äusserst touristisch, aber das Hotel ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort. Besonders haben mir die Hängematten und Liegestühle gefallen, die wir sonst noch nirgends angetroffen haben.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une super vue de la terrasse.Chambre spacieuse mais vieillissante et pas entretenue. C est bien dommage

The extra bed for rooms for three guest was almost impossible to sleep on and the wifi didn't work in most of the hotel. However, the location was good and probably one of the best views that central in Ella

Despite the hotel being unaware of our arrival, they promptly showed us to a 2nd floor room with large balcony and stunning view.

One of the friendliest places we stayed at during our trip. The staff there is truly great.

I was very disappointed with the room. No wonder they only posted a photo of the entrance to this specific room on Expedia. I booked a double bed but got twin beds with what smelled like day-old sheets (they weren't dirty but it seemed like they had not been changed in a while). the mattresses were super thin and, for some odd reason, there was no electric sockets near the bed. The only available socket was on the other side of the room. I stayed for 3 nights but they did not clean the room even once. There was no hot water, which normally would not be a big deal if you weren't staying in the chilly mountains. It's definitely overpriced for the quality of the room. It was rundown and I would not have minded paying that price for a much cleaner and newer (even if basic) room.

Extremely poor hotel. The room was not clean, doors were taped together, you could close the doors, no hot water in the bath and the staff do not speak english.

Habitaciones amplias y cama cómoda. Patio con hamacas y linda vista al salir de la habitación, ideal para relajarse. Mucho ruido en las mañanas (gritos del personal) no permiten dormir hasta tarde. El hotel está un poco viejo y descuidado pero ok. El wifi funciona a veces. Un solo enchufe en toda la habitación. Me parece un poco caro paro lo que ofrece.

Du balcon, bel vue sur les montagnes. A 2 minutes des restaurants et bar et oui à Ella , il y a des bars. Chambre propre avec confort suffusant.

Very disappointing and nothing like what the description said it was going to be. Amenities listed weren't in the room and the hotel was massively overpriced, compared to considerably cheaper and better properties in the area. Awful, old and thin mattress, barely any bed covers. Dirty basic room. One plus was amazing views from the balcony!

Overall, a very unpleasant stay
The hotel is situated at the top of an unlit track. The rooms are dirty and mouldy, house cleaning is non existent. There appeared to be no reception desk making it very difficult to check in or ask when there were issues, of which there were many.
Poor Wifi. Advertised as self serve laundry but in reality is pay per item.
Needs a deep clean and re-decorating.

Clean rooms with comfy beds and view of Ella rock and horizon. Nice restaurant and the staff are very friendly. Only 2min walk into town centre. They do not accept credit cards.
