Good choice for lodging close to Henry Ford Museum
Pros:

Staff immediately responded to problems with TV remote

We were comfortable and safe.
Pros:

Earl, in kitchen services, was very helpful and friendly. We were happy that he was always available to make our day pleasant.

Cons:

The carpet was a little old and dirty looking. Can’t remember if there was an ice machine available.

Cons:

Computer system was down and check in so myself and a lot of other guest waited in the lobby for about an hour before we could check in and get to our room. Nothing was offered to make the wait more comfortable nor did the anyone apologize for the inconvenience.

We stay on a Thursday and Sunday night. Much better than the hotel we stayed in Fri/Sat.
Pros:

I liked the food variety. Rooms, especially shower, nice and large. Our Roku we took worked well in this room. Location in great location with relation to main roads.

Cons:

All the construction near the hotel, especially on Telegraph.

Very close to bus stop

Cons:

Even though it was a non-smoking room, i could feel a little smell of smoking(conveyed this to the housekeeping tream & requested to deodorize with air freshner which they did)

My lights went out needed location close to my work
Pros:

Thank God for free coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast sucked. Pork sausage, egg crepes biscuit and gravy, next day bacon egg crepes and biscuit and gravy. Room walls were not as clean as I liked. I spilled coffee on my bed by mistake was told my deposit could be effected. Was questioned about spilling their coffee on the bed and then told they couldnt get coffee out the sheets. Outside sitting area was nice but going back in thru pool door was irritating

A great stay 15 min from metropolitan Detroit . Modern, comfortable , friendly and very clean.
Pros:

Modern, all needed amenities, very clean. Excellent breakfast and great parking. Nice staff!!!
