Purtroppo l'Africa e molto povera, questo hotel e' stato costruito 60 anni fa, ora è in piena decadenza, avrebbe bisogno di essere abbattuto e ricostruito....pazienza

Bad value for money, clients do not matter here.
Pros:

A hotel that is not well maintained at all. Rooms are old, with broken TV's, badly functioning airconditioning, damaged showers and WIFI that is not working 80% of the time. Rooms are a lot older then they look on the pictures. Hotel staff took an hour to understand my online booking. Restaurant staff actually had the nerve to tell me that the supposedly included breakfast is just not available. Second day they tried to charge me extra. Not good value for money, but it seems there are not a lot of options that are in the Akwa district.

Pros:

Le personnel de la réception est malhonnête, plus particulièrement la demoiselle. A mon arrivée personne ne me connaissait (virtuellement) alors j'avais fait une réservation. ils m'ont installé dans une chambre basse gamme que j'ai payé au même prix et en cash, ce n'est pas normal. Même s'ils avaient des différends avec EXPEDIA mais ce n'est pas qui vais les régler? Quelques fois ils oublient de me mettre les serviettes de toilette ou le drap dans la chambre.
Au niveau du restaurant, l'équipe paraît gentille et accueillante; plus particulièrement Cathy qui le sourire à tout moment et toujours prête à répondre.

This hotel is very date and not clean.
