Great location and outstanding hospitality. The most friendly hosts I have ever seen. I came really early in the morning and I was greeted with a hot cup of coffee. They kept my luggage so I can go sightseeing before my check-in time. They also helped me book my ticket and a day trip. Breakfast was delicious and it’s walking distance from many great restaurants, night market and historic buildings. I will definitely stay here when I come back.
De kamer was heel ruim en netjes. Genoeg op ergruomte voor spullen. Airco was perfect, echt een van de fijnste die ik in 9 weken in ZO Azië heb gehad!

Fijn ontbijtje 's ochtends en personeel is superaardig en meedenkend.
Locatie t.o.v. restaurantjes (heel leuke wijk!) en de rivier voor een 'stroll' 's avonds is perfect.

This is a great little homestay hotel, it's small and multi level with no lift, so be prepared for lots of stairs. You do walk straight into the reception area straight off a small laneway, no garden outside. We stayed in a Superior Room, was roomy enough. It's down a very quiet lane in a great location, we felt very safe here and didn't hear any road noise at all. We stayed 3 nights, the lovely girl in reception Van was super helpful with brilliant English, she is a real gem for this hotel. Our favourite place for breakfast was a few minutes away called Nookina Cafe, loved it. The hotel was cheap and the linen/towels were very clean and in good condition, I asked for an extra pillow for the bed which they obliged with. More hooks/shelves are needed in the bathroom, most hotels never have enough so your stuff ends up on the floor. The bathroom was a wet room but there was a shower curtain which helped keeping the water at bay. This was our 2nd time to Hue, we didn't give it much time last time, so we walked around more this time and really enjoyed our time here. People are very friendly and it's safe.
Beds are super hard but I contacted them prior to ask for a softer one, they kindly put a topper on our bed. It made it better, but still a little firm, but it was fine for only 3 nights.

Room spacious enough, very quiet, clean, nice beds, good clean toilet with partitioned shower and hot water. Value for money. Good-smelling fluffy towels. Location near the river with lots of eating options and cafes around. Walking distance to the bus station (G8). Staff were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We were given drinks upon arrival, and they booked a daytour for us.
No soap and shampoo provided, but we always bring our own when travelling, so it's not an issue. There's a bit of a walk from the main road, because the hotel is located in a narrow alley, and cars cannot go through. Again, it's a minor issue, it's just a hundred meters or so, it's just that it had begun to rain on our last day, and we got wet lugging our suitcases to get a taxi.
The staff was very friendly and helped us find drivers for our excursions.
La posizione della struttura è strategica: si trova in una strada interna ma in pieno centro, quindi la camera risulta silenziosa. Il personale è stato molto gentile, spiegandoci le principali attrazioni di Hue e consigliandoci gli orari migliori per visitarle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable, and the room was spacious and well maintained. They also offer a good variety of breakfast choices.

De locatie was helemaal top, zeer dichtbij de 's avonds levendige walking street. Personeel was ook geweldig en het ontbijtje heerlijk! Wat ik zelfminder prettig vond is dat er geen brandtrap is, dit is echt niet veilig als er wat is.
De badkamer was alleen op de vloer schoon, de muren waren al maanden niet meer gedaan.
