A family-run hotel.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs where possible, for example providing an extra chair and table for our room.
A simple and sufficiently nourishing menu-based breakfast, offering a choice of pancakes, eggs, toast, fresh fruit, home-made jams and good Vietnamese coffee.
The location at the end of a passage is very calm.
Very comfortable beds. Nice furniture built by the owner who was a carpenter by profession.

Very well located and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly . We have been traveling for over two months and this has by far been our best stay.

Accueil très sympathique en français. Personnel très attentionné avant, pendant et même après le séjour. Grande chambre très confortable ainsi que la literie. Le petit déjeuner est bien servi et la confiture maison de fruits de la passion est un véritable délice ! L’hôtel est très bien situé près de la rue piétonne où l’on trouve de bons restaurants et à 5 minutes en Grab de la vielle ville pour les visites. L’entrée hôtel à tout organisé pour nos transfert et balades dans la region. C’etait parfait.

Super comfortable and the room was beautiful, so quiet at night yet everything is nearby, all of the hotel staff were lovely and so helpful if you need anything, breakfast was perfect. And the shower was hot!

Excellent hôtel dans un quartier bien situé et animé. L'hôtel est dans une impasse accessible à pied ou à moto seulement. Il est très calme et silencieux. Les chambres sont très confortables, bien insonorisées. Et surtout VAN est très accueillante et parle très bien Français. Son collègue parle Anglais. Elle m'a réservé deux excursions en taxi. Les chauffeurs parlaient très bien l'anglais et savaient très bien où aller.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Wonderful stay! Firstly staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help you; advice/maps for places to visit, local food recommendations, allowed us to leave our bags in reception when we checked out as we had a night bus and then let us shower before we left Hue: so so appreciated.
Location is really good: quiet at night, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice touch and very tasty. Great value for money we would say.

Une situation parfaite dans petite ruelle calme à 200 m des rues animées de la vieille ville. P’tit dej sympa inclus donc rapport qualité prix excellent. Personnel très à l’écoute tjrs dispo de bon conseil. Je suis arrivé dans cet hôtel sans savoir qu’il était recommandé par des guides. On comprend pourquoi 😋 et cerise sur le gâteau il y a Vàn (prononcée entre Van et Von) si gentille et qui parle un excellent français. Je note 10/10

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas super mais très correct
Pokoje był czyste, łóżka wygodne. Hotel znajdował się blisko cytadeli i pod tym kątem go wybraliśmy. Pracownicy recepcji byli mili i komunikatywni. Śniadanie było smaczne, wybierało się jedną z czterech dostępnych opcji (my wybraliśmy omlet i naleśniki z ananasem) + kawa i herbata.
