The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, ideas and awesome tips to beat the crowds etc. They went out of their way to make our stay extremely enjoyable.
We loved the location. Walking distance to great restaurants and tourist attractions.
Tony was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. He spoke wonderful English, had a great sense of humour, and went above and beyond with his customer service.
Motorcycle rental was easy and immediate.
Breakfast was basic. However, it was all we needed, and we left completely satisfied.
Hue was not a planned stop for us. Hence, only 1 night. Had we known the great experience that was awaiting us, we would have stayed a few nights more.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly, and my score reflects this.

Relaxed, cheerful and very efficient staff. Good breakfast and water everyday. This hotel is cozy, quiet, down a lane in the middle of the walk district also close to the river. I loved my stay here, it felt more like a 'leave your shoes at the door' family homestay. As a solo traveller I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff were definitely the highlight of this stay. They were extremely helpful and kind, truly couldn't do enough to ensure a comfortable stay! The breakfast included was plentiful and delicious! The location is good, around the corner from both the walking street and the perfume river. The room was small but perfect for me as a solo traveler and exceptionally clean ! Definitely recommend !
The staff was excellent. On my way to the hotel I twisted my ankle they were so helpful getting me ice and helping to get to the hospital. They took such good care of me. The ultimate hospitality❤️
Because I had a problem walking it was down an alley way and a cab could not drop me close.

The breakfast was hands down the best I had in Vietnam. Simple but great and the staff really make this place. I felt really safe and comfortable here, ended up extending my stay by one night and would definitely come back.
The bathroom was a little rough around the edges which might freak out westerners but everything was clean and worked!

Everything was perfect at this hotel. I just didn't like Hue much (overpriced attractions), which is not anything to do with the hotel.
