Un vrai coup de coeur !!
Pros:

Les chambres sont belles, propres et l’hotel est bien situé pour faire les principaux spots touristiques de la ville. Ils proposent des forfaits excursions vraiment pas chers. Mais ce qui plait surtout ici, c’est la gentillesse du personnel ! Ils sont très accuillants, on se sent presque comme à la maison et ils sont vraiment de tres bon conseil. Van, une des receptionnistes, parle bien français et est vraiment très sympathique et gentille.

Pros:

KS rất gần trung tâm, đi mấy bước là ra sông Hương, gần nhiều quán ăn, cafe, các dịch vụ giặt là, massage... Phòng thoáng mát, yên tĩnh, khá sạch. Thái độ nhân viên tốt

Cons:

KS ở trong ngõ nhỏ, cần đi khoảng 100m ra điểm đón taxi

Family gem in Hue
Pros:

Cheap but comfortable hotel close to the busy area of Hue. It's at the end of a tiny alley, so it's very quiet. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful: they suggested several great restaurants and helped me with laundry, scooter rental and booking the trip to my next destination. The breakfast is also very good!

サービスに感謝した宿泊
Pros:

朝食、日本でいうところの焼き飯になるのかな。正式名称わかりませんが、これが絶妙にうまいんです。思わずおかわりしたくなる程です。エアコンもよく効きます。ホテルに帰ると水ももらえて気配りに感謝です。帰り際、椅子を出してくれて靴紐結ぶの楽でした。そういえばホテルから出発するときにも水をもらいました。本当にありがとう。

Great stay!
Pros:

It was more like a homestay then a hotel! But the service was excellent and homely and I had a great stay :)

Excellent location too! Value for money :)

Cons:

Minor - Was a bit difficult to open and lock the toilet door but I was staying alone so it wasn't an issue for me

Simple et confortable
Pros:

Le personnel est gentil, c’est bien situé et très tranquille. J’ai très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

Rudimentaire. Le lit était très dure. Mais avec surprise, j’ai très bien dormi.
