The staff was sooo nice. We had to stay longer because our bus was delayed and they were so kind about it. Breakfast was also nice and filling. Overall a really great place.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, ideas and awesome tips to beat the crowds etc. They went out of their way to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

Tony was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. He spoke wonderful English, had a great sense of humour, and went above and beyond with his customer service.
Motorcycle rental was easy and immediate.
Breakfast was basic. However, it was all we needed, and we left completely satisfied.
Hue was not a planned stop for us. Hence, only 1 night. Had we known the great experience that was awaiting us, we would have stayed a few nights more.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly, and my score reflects this.
