Pros:

Clean room reasonalbly close to main attractions and good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Very nice stuff.

Cons:

In my room tiiles in the bathroom dont provide water to the waterhole, water stays on the floor after shower

Excellent hôtel à l'ambiance familiale.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et efficace. La réceptionniste, toujours prête à rendre service, parle français. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. L'hôtel est à deux pas du quartier des restaurants et des boutiques. On se sent bien en ce lieu.

Quiet, comfortable and cheap
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. Very good location, with many restaurants and shops nearby, yet very quiet because it's in a small narrow alley with no cars. Wifi is very strong and the internet is super fast. Very good price/quality ratio. Totally recommended!

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard for my taste. Hot water was extremely hot at the beginning but only lasted for one shower, then you have to wait a bit before it's hot again. Not a big problem given all the positives!

Calme et bienveillant
Pros:

L hotel est tres confortable et très bien placé au calme dans une petite impasse à 2oom des rues animees et piétonnes le soir . Nous avons apprécié grandement l accueil et la gentillesse de nos hôtes dans une ambiance feutrée. Ils nous ont aidé à choisir nos excursions et aussi nos transports notamment entre Hue et Hoi an ou malheureusement j ai oublié un petit sac à dos dans le bus . Tony a réglé le problème en 5 minutes et s est occupé avec super efficacité pour me le faire rapatrié le lendemain . Nos hôtes parlent anglais et français ce qui nous a bien facilité le séjour. Un grand merci Tony et bravo pour ton professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
