Pros:

We were booked in for 1 night on Saturday 1st August 2026. We arrived about 19.30pm and on arrival we were asked to do the usual protocol pre authorisation of a card, passport or driving licence and fill your details in which we did.
After 5-10 minutes another male came out took us down and alleyway to our room for the night, not even in 5 mins and the same gentleman chapped the door said there had been another booking under the same name, strange I thought. So away back to reception we go and the gentleman receptionist said he thought I said another name and showed me the other guests details to which my reply was not that’s not what I said. Plus we were in reception for 10mins so he had plenty of time so see that they were 2 different names. So basically what happened was they overbooked so they didn’t have a room from us so we were sent across the road and round the corner to Best Western Ilford Hotel. They didn’t show any sign of emotion as in apologies nothing so wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Great value for money with friendly staff and quick check-ins. It’s the only hotel I use in Ilford now.
Pros:

It’s right in the centre of Ilford. 2 minutes away from the Exchange Mall.

Amazing staff who always welcome me with a smile.

Cons:

In the heat, there is no air conditioning. Nice fans were provided though and the rooms had sufficient ventilation.

Sin duda la ubicación, está a poco de la estación con línea Elisabet line y eso es una maravilla para moverte por todo Londres , distancia al centro en 15 min aproximadamente

Cons:

Nos complicaron a la llegada , porque en la reserva pone pago en tarjeta pero ojo TIENE QUE SER FISICA no te dejan con contacles por lo tanto la revolut no te vale si no la tienes fisica , problema para los que vamos de otros paises . Capacidad de resolucion cero , era pagar con tarjeta o sacar el efectivo si o si , todo esto para la fianza.

Terrible
Cons:

Poor pillows, I had to use the duvet as a pillow, the water switched off twice while having my shower, so I couldn't complete it. When I tried talking to the 2 people at front desk in the morning while rushing to work, one was very abrupt and rude. I even told him I can show him videos.
