Anuncian por Booking un cobro de 50Gb en concepto de fianza y cuando llegas a hacer el check-in te exigen 100Gb que no devuelven de forma instantánea (devolución de compra or tarjeta) a la hora del check-out, en mi caso tuve que esperar casi un mes para que me llegara la transacción internacional.

It’s a scam they take the deposit then never refund

BED BUGS!!! My stay was terrible 1e room i checked in I spotted 2 BED BUGS disgusting i took pictures and a video and confronted the hotel staff!

I could clearly notice this WAS DEFINITELY not there first COMPLAIN ABOUT BED BUGS!!!

There response "We will book you in to a new room!

Same problem again BED BUGS!! And I been bit on my back I have 3 red bumps and a rush around it

I showed the hotel staff but again there response is have "Washed your clothes" have you had your clothing on the ground"

Refunds they tray to avoid by any cost!!

Same if you check in they WILL CHARGE YOU £100 Deposit what you "Get back when check out!!!!<<<<<<
Be careful people this a terrible hotel

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Very clean, polite staff bed was remade every day tea coffee replenished. Room was spacious double at an unbelievable price.

Cons:

Nothing, best value budget hotel I have stayed in in London.

Nothing after booking the hotel we got the train to the hotel to only be told when we arrived that it's a extra 100 holding deposit although they pointed out it's at the end of the info on booking.com it is all the way at the end in small print this should be made clear in the price
