Sophia at the front desk is such a welcoming and pleasant person. Every business establishment that has direct contact with the public needs people like Sophia as the first point of contact!

Check in was late due to room not being fully cleaned by check in time. Pool was not working. The following morning prior to check out, pool was still not working, but front desk said it was ok to use. The water was a nasty dark green with a gross scummy foam covering the top of water. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about adjusting price or discount.

Overall this was a good property. The only downside was that when we requested additional items such as towels and wash clothes, we were told to check when housekeeping came. We never got any additional items just the normal set of four. No one explained about housekeeping on what services they provided and when.

The room had stains on the carpet hair on the toilet trash in the trash can. That shows me that the room wasn't clean.

What a clean hotel. Great breakfast. Quiet. Pool and hot tub are nice. Pablo at the counter is great! He was on to off everything for our stay. Thank you

Overall, the hotel was good and comfortable. The only creamer at breakfast was a Coffeemate creamer product that had sugar in it! Thus, it was not possible to have coffee with just cream (but no sugar). Who decided that this was a good idea? Morning coffee is a great thing on vacation, and I was unable to have this as a result (yes, we asked and no, an acceptable alternative was not available). Otherwise, the breakfast was fine.

Room was great, other than the ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work. Front desk gave us plenty of ice to get through the weekend. Breakfast had something to be desired Saturday morning, ran out of food, and coffee. The food that was there was cold. Only one person trying to take care of everything. Sunday was much better.

[This is a honest review ] I got two suites ....one standard and the larger suite on June 23rd and checkout on June 24th . The bigger suite a/c did not work properly and the freezer as well . And the standard suite was good ....well so I thought , we are being accused of breaking a piece of furniture but before we left we did a video and showed them but they refused to believe us . I'm going to make this a simple review and let everyone know too do a before and after video and pictures at the staybridge suite hotel in Dearborn but then again they can still charged you're card even without actual factual proof .

Nice, clean, and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaints are the pool was very cloudy looking and the people in the room above us were extremely loud when leaving their room around 5:30am. Overall a nice hotel.

Air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived at 10pm. The front desk was able to move us to two rooms (5 people) which resolved the temperature problem but the condition of one of them was not great, fire safety door latch didn’t close properly. It’s renovated, but still reminds you of an aging hotel. Breakfast was lacking, no sausage or potatoes were available at 8am, needs better staffing to keep the common area clean (elevator, hallways smelled of strong cooking smells). Pablo at the front desk was friendly and responsive to our temperature issue when we called. Beds were comfortable and we slept well after the move but it was disappointing to be separated. I never leave reviews but the management should work on their property to make it comparable to similarly priced hotels.

We were greeted with smiles from all the staff. We got everything we paid for and more. I don’t think you can go wrong staying here. Very clean and beautiful.

They were very helpful

When checking in, we were informed that there was in issue with the hot water but they had a plumber coming to fix it. After talking with another guest, the hot water has been off for days. Would have appreciated a heads up from the hotel so we could have tried to make other arrangements. We weren't even offered a discount.

Nice and clean

No maid service. Breakfasts were terrible—limited fruit, hot food was cold, waffle machine did not work, no cream for coffee—only sweeten coffee mates.
