Pros:

The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Whenever I visit Chennai, Zone remains my go-to choice for a reliable and pleasant stay.
Mr. Akhil at the reception is exceptionally friendly and professional. He ensured a smooth and swift check-in process and was very accommodating, even handling last-minute requests with ease. His support truly enhanced the overall experience.

Brief stay
Pros:

It was a comfortable place to say and as we had to visit family nearby it was perfect I liked the prompt service in the room for drinking water etc

Cons:

Service was extremely slow in the restaurant. The mattresses were too soft and sunk in when you say or lay down. My preference is firmer mattresses

A good 3 star hotel for an over night stay.
Pros:

It's a simple 3star hotel that has good rooms. 15-20 minutes drive from the airport makes it a convenient transit hotel. Resonably good breakfast. So you don't really need anything else for a quick over night stay.

Cons:

01. Rooftop pool area was a mess, unclean and water puddles all over.
02. Corridors of floors where rooms are located need to be cleaned and carpets vaxcumed. It was really dusty, sandy and dirty.

Pros:

Visited the "ZONE by park" today with my family.

The reception desk was very courteous.
Breakfast has a good spread of South Indian food. Chefs make special (customised) meals for room service. Chef Irfan's "Butter Chicken " was awesome !

Staff service is prompt and efficient.
