Pros:

The rooms were surprisingly large with a foyer space that had a nice sofa. There were two TVs in the room, one in the foyer and one near the beds, which was very good. The restaurant decor was very nice and staff were polite. Some food items were very good like dosa.

Cons:

The room was always wet both floors and walls. The housekeeping staff cleaned many times , even tried dry mopping, but the wetness on the floor remained. They claimed it was some AC leakage, but the problem was not solved. The floor was slippery due to this. Even the beds felt moist; overall, there was too much humidity in the room despite AC. We stayed one night only so it was fine, but it was not possible to stay like this for more days. The bath shower was funny with multipanel LED tower system with multiple showers. Control was not happening ending up too much water in all directions. Parking was horrible, it was directly on the road only. they have NO parking space and ask to park on the road.

Misleading, Mismanaged, and Not Worth a Single Rupee
Pros:

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Zone by The Park, Chennai. I stayed from Aug 31 to Sep 2, and the issues started even before I arrived. Their own official website showed me a completely different room during booking, but what I was given at check-in was nowhere close to what was promised. This is nothing short of misleading customers.

The moment I walked in, the so-called “star hotel” atmosphere felt like a joke. The lobby, service, and overall environment were far from anything you’d expect from a professionally run property. The service was pathetic, unorganized, and careless from start to finish.

To make things worse, even after checkout, I still haven’t received my invoice. For a hotel that claims to be premium, they operate more like a poorly managed mansion.

If you want a genuinely good stay, choose Four Points instead—it's miles ahead in every possible way. And if you’re on a tight budget, even OYO would be a better and more reliable option compared to this place.

I would strongly advise against booking this “hotel.”

Good and recommended.
Pros:

Travelled with Kid. Most expected is staff support and we got. Room size is good. Facilities also good.

Cons:

Timing to swimming pool should be informed somewhere before booking. its 7AM to 2PM and after that swimming classes were going.

Very good experience, anytime again
Pros:

Everything was just perfect.
The service is fabulous and food delicious. As forgeigners with sentitive stomach we had no problems with the water or food.
The breakfast was very delicious and various options for the dinner.
The view from the hotel is beautiful, you can see over the city and on the rooftop you have a beautiful pool to relax.

The hygienic standard is very high, comparable to the western standard.

The roomservice is trustable and very clean.
I can highly recommend this hotel in every point.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a very great experience with zone.. after a long travel we wr exhausted Madhavan and Bhaskar from security team helped us with luggage, parking of car. Even though the property had no underground parking. Safety of car was ensured. Ppl in reception helped us for easy checkin. On a whole we had great experience

The place which zone you in to a peacefull stay
Pros:

It was an amazing experience to stay in Zone by the park. The staffs are extra polite, decent and has a practice of good hospitality. Rooms are extremely clean. The location of hotel is a bit away from prime areas like guindy, vadapalani, etc.(getting a cab in chennai is never a big deal) which make its room so silent that you embrace the peace. Because of my tight schedule i couldnt use amenities like swimming pool, etc, but looking at the quality its definietely worth giving a try. Its one of the best value for money stay you can get in Chennai. Last but not the least food is also amazing as well
