Café da manhã maravilhoso. Quarto bem limpo e bem espaçoso. Funcionário bem atenciosos tbm...

Cons:

Só a iluminação do quarto q poderia ser mais forte em alguns lugares. Mesmo com todas as luzes acesas tínhamos a sensação de q estava um pouco escuro...

Excelente estadia... a volta é uma certeza.
Pros:

O hotel é um espetáculo, luxuoso, aconchegante e com uma localização incrível, para qualquer atividade no centro de Gramado dá para ir andando. A limpeza é eficiente, a equipe de serviço gentil e prestativa, o café da manhã é um show a parte, ficaria no hotel somente pelo café...hahaha... a piscina com a temperatura ideal e o espaço KIDS acolhe muito bem as crianças. Sempre tem na recepção chá ou cafezinho para quem chega, me conquistam com esse mimo. Por fim, ficar nesse hotel é estar desfrutando de muitas coisas excelentes ao mesmo tempo.
NÃO É RECLAMAÇÃO, È OBSERVAÇÃO. No quarto que fiquei, 436, um espetáculo, existiam somente duas cadeiras junto a mesa, o que é ótimo, mas acredito que faltaram duas poltronas para sentar e admirar a vista que esse local proporciona.

Maravilhoso, localização perfeita
Pros:

Localização, área kids, piscina e café da manhã. A limpeza do quarto e do hotel é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é divino, com várias opções de salgados e doces. A área kids é demais, meu filho amou!! A localização do hotel é perfeita, você consegue fazer tudo a pé (o que é uma comodidade em Gramado).

Cons:

Iluminação do banheiro e do quarto. Achei os ambientes muito escuros, principalmente o banheiro.

Localização, café da manhã, quarto bem confortável.

Cons:

Iluminação do banheiro ( não tem luz no box) e sala de café da manhã, pouquíssima luz. Senti falta de uma cadeira no quarto, precisei trabalhar no notebook e só tinha um banco de madeira.
