Excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Toda a estrutura muito boa! Quarto espaçoso, cheiroso. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muita diversidade e fresquinho. Ponto também para a piscina aquecida, água na temperatura excelente e limpinha, e sem cheiro forte de produto de limpeza. E a localização maravilhosa, pode ir para a rua central a pé.

Cons:

Abordagem para venda de empreendimentos assim que saímos do café, como já conhecíamos não aceitamos, mas com certeza muita gente cai.
