Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Reviews note 'clean rooms' and generally good cleanliness but one incident where room verification delayed check-in and a cleaning staff member was found in the restroom and reacted poorly, lowering confidence slightly.
Service
8.2
Staff described as friendly and service called 'outstanding' in one review, but there were service issues (rude reaction from cleaning staff and a booking/communication problem), producing a mixed but overall positive service impression.
Location
9.6
Explicitly praised as a 'great location' in reviews; location sentiment is strongly positive.
Room Quality
7
Negative room-quality experiences reported: guest booked a double king but was given one king and had to sleep on a couch; loud AC made sleep difficult; elevator shook — room quality is the weakest area.
Amenities
7.5
Issues noted with facilities (elevator shaking) and noisy in-room AC; otherwise no major amenity praise, so amenities are below the overall target.
Value for Money
8.6
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
10
Breakfast repeatedly praised as hot, tasty, with a great variety and fresh-ground coffee across multiple reviews; strongest consistent positive point.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall reviewers largely positive (would recommend/stay again) citing friendly staff, cleanliness and excellent breakfast, but some notable negatives (booking/room issues and noisy room) temper the experience.

Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

The fact we had to wait for our room to be verified that it was clean then when we got to the room a member of the cleaning staff was using our restroom. But she got mad at us for “scaring” her.

Was lied to about what I thought I was booking, it was through a travel site.
Pros:

The breakfast was hot and tasted good.

Cons:

I booked for a double king room. When we were checking-in I was informed that they only had a one king bed. Between my friend and I one of us had to sleep on the couch. The elevator would shake when going up and down. The AC unit in my room was loud and made it difficult to sleep
