Everything was amazing. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and always available. The food was excellent. Dinner offered something new every day and was consistently delicious. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, very close to the ski slopes.
Staff were incredibly helpful, great welcome and couldn't do enough during our stay.
Our room whilst clean was very noisy, as it overlooked the main road, and even with the bathroom window open at the side of the hotel, (no aircon) we could hear the traffic.
Great walks and restaurants around our centre location.

Simon and his team made our stay absolutely perfect. Their warmth, attention to detail, and personalised service was really a standout. The food was excellent, and Simon personally ensured that all the activities we wanted to do were fulfilled. We appreciated the casual, impeccable service. And the spa was fabulous- small and uncrowded, but had excellent facilities- we especially liked the infrared sauna. We will be back!

Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und wir haben uns überaus willkommen gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team. Das Essen ist der Wahnsinn und verdient mehr als 10 Punkte :) der Essbereich wie auch der obere Teil bei der Bar sind sehr schön gemacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung und wir würden sicherlich wieder buchen
Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. In der Nacht ist es ruhig, aber tagsüber und abends laut. Das haben wir bei der Reservierung nicht gemerkt. Würde daher empfehlen ein Zimmer nach hinten zu nehmen.
Meget sentral beliggenhet i hjerte av Dolomittene. Fantastisk service av eierne. Gav oss mange tips til fotturer. Nydelig mat. Det eneste som var negativt var at rommet ikke hadde aircondition, og at det var mye støy fra bilveien utenfor hotellet.

My friend and I enjoyed a very comfortable 6 nights in this hotel.
The room and the rest of the hotel is in the local traditional style with lots of wood and geraniums. The room had everything we needed including a little balcony to watch the sunset on the Fanes massif.
The wellness suite - sauna, steam room - was a real bonus, especially on rainy days but also to calm the muscles after long walks.
The owners and staff are friendly and speak perfect English (much better than my Italian or German, to my shame).
The complimentary bus pass was an absolute godsend as you'll find yourself on and off the excellent buses constantly and it saved us €€€. The bus stop is just a short stroll from the hotel, too.
The fresh and dried fruit, all the nuts and seeds, and the soya milk at breakfast were really appreciated by this vegan. My non-vegan friend enjoyed the pastries and local jams.
It's right on the main road - who knew a road in the Dolomites could be so busy and so noisy!! We figured out that keeping the bathroom window and door closed stopped the noise. But light sleepers might prefer a property further up the hillside, maybe.
A 5 course dinner was offered each night. I'm sure it's delicious and worth the €50 if you have that budget. Sadly we were not prepared for anything quite so elaborate and, being vegan, I could not be catered for.
There's a fridge in the room which is very handy for that chilled glass of wine on the balcony. But if you want to store anything likely to go off - packed lunch ingredients or whatever - be aware that when the key card is removed from the electricity slot, the fridge will not stay cool.
A kettle in the room would be a very welcome touch.
The room, although comfortable, was far from huge, especially for a longer stay. Yes, I could have booked a larger room, if I'd had the budget.
