A deposit via bank wire (20% of the whole amount) is required to secure your reservation and is due 60 days prior the arrival. The hotel will contact you with instructions after booking.

Great stay, fantastic staff
Pros:

Fantastic location, and the building is an old madrassa which makes the experience truely memorable. The staff are great and help you which great suggestions, even packing breakfast for the road when I had an early train.

Cons:

The rooms are cramped, but this is a result of the building being a heritage property.

Pros:

superbe établissement, décoration magnifique, très bon petit-déjeuner. Il y a même un espace extérieur pour s'installer à l'ombre. Très grands lits, grande chambre et grande salle de bain (nous avions la plus grande chambre de l'établissement, donc je ne peux pas garantir que c'est le cas pour chaque chambres.

Cons:

Le bruit des autres hôtes car l'hôtel est organisé sur une cours intérieure.

Alles war einfach Spitze! Wunderschöne Zimmer, super freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück. Das war das beste Hotel auf unserer Reise in Uzbekistán ( insgesamt 7 Hotels)

Das Hotel hat im Keller ein Shop mit Suzani Waren: wirklich zu empfehlen, vor allem weil dort echte Qualität angeboten wird und nicht Fake wie oft in den Shops in der Stadt.

A memorable stay in a beautiful property.
Pros:

The room and property was authentically historic, beautiful, and comfortable. The included breakfast was all delicious but most importantly the staff really made my stay great - especially Quvonch at reception, whose hospitality I will not forget soon.
