Aceitável uma vez, mas nas proximas vezes pretendo buscar alternativas.
Pros:

Hotel com boa localização, equipe prestativa e eduacada, porém acomodação horrível, quarto sem janelas para meio externo, sem ventilação, banheiro sem ventilação. Se eese tipi de quarto era opcional, cabia então alguma orientação que eu havia solicitado e pago por um Upgrade.

dava pra melhorar
Pros:

a equipe e o atendimento fora otimos e atenciosos, por eles eu voltaria, mas pelo local não.

Cons:

peguei a opção com hidromassagem, quando liguei a massagem saiu um cheiro ruim, e sujeira do buraco. O ralo do chuveiro demorava pra escorrer a agua, fui fechar a cortina e descobri que ela estava solta do suporte, janela nao abria totalmente, as luzes hora funcionavam hora não.

Ficamos no quarto que tinha hidromassagem, porem o acesso para hidro é muito ruim, falta ter uma escadinha
