Pros:

Hall de entrada e dimensão do quarto que era a informada no app que reservei.

Cons:

O banheiro é muito escorregadio e dá medo tomar banho. Não tem barra de segurança e nem material antiderrapante no piso do box.
Não há serviço de limpeza às 17 horas.
Vazamento junto à bacia da privada.
Frigobar sem qualquer produto, nem água.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao comércio, quarto com decoração nova, cama confortável

Cons:

Lençóis e cobertores menores que as camas (cama queen com lençóis de solteiro) ficando soltos e enrolando, travesseiros pessimos, sem outras opções, precisam rever o enxoval pois depôs contra o conforto do hotel.

Pros:

Boa localização, facilidade de estacionar, bom atendimento.

Cons:

Não gostamos de não conseguir destravar a porta do 5º andar e ter que descer alguns andares. A vista do quinto andar deveria ser linda.
Uma observação seria o fornecimento de toalha e roupão para a sauna, pois foi entregue apenas uma toalha comum.
