Uncomfortable stay

It was Everything a sm hotel could be very quiet an peaceful an our encounter wit the front desk staff especially sedricka was a 10 even tho we where Bahamian she treated us as if we where out town so hat off to her for a job well #me an my life partner would stay wit y'all again real soon

Pros:

The location was good…close proximity to the fish fry and less than 10 minutes drive from the town. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Facility upgrade is needed. The breakfast options are limited.

Overall I was somewhat pleased inspite of the above challenges and feel I would return

Happy to know there was a fridge and microwave available
The quiet secluded room location

Cons:

Was highly disappointed to find out that the bed was not a queen size...seems more like a double.
When it was time to leave, we were blocked in for quite some time....i recommend that security should be available at sll times in the parking lot to avoid this from happening....fortunately I didn't have a flight to catch.

Pros:

Pool cocktail hour and music was lovely and continental breakfast started very late but good food to pick from.

Cons:

We were given a key to a room upstairs. The ac didn’t work so they moved us to another room. Ac didn’t work and the office was sending me and my husband back and forth to the rooms trying to work the ac. We kept asking for a maintenance person. Finally after an hour someone came. Next had to move back to the first room after a long day with flights and tired. There were roaches in the room on floor around microwave and fridge. The water pressure in shower kept doing some weird thing. Would like our money back. I’m disgusted
