Pros:

The staff and location was great.

Cons:

The pictures on bookings is not the same in real. The place needs some uplifting especially the pool area. During our stay the pool water was dirty.

It was a fairly good stay based on the cost. The property has potential to improve. Good for budget.
Pros:

Staff responded to requests fairly quickly.
Breakfast had variety and the happy hour was an asset to the stay. In happy hour, guests could get unlimited beverages, chips and dip.
Room had good amenities (microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board).
Enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Breakfast was repetitive - basically the same foods every day.
Toilet started to leak (but this was fixed very quickly).
Room was smaller than expected and needs more ventilation and natural light.

Functional rooms in a no-nonsense environment
Pros:

All in all everything worked out okay, I got a quiet room on the first (American second) floor and it was okay. Breakfast is not really cozy and a bit improvised which at the same time means it`s handled in a flexible way as well. Same applies for the complimentary cocktail evenings, where I had a nice talk with the master of the bottles (and nuts).

Cons:

It´s a bit far walking into downtown especially when it`s dark - but it`s still doable somehow. Just hoped it would be closer and the way a bit friendlier.
