Excellent stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes away from the day tours we registered for. We also loved the complimentary biscuits, the daily supply of bottled water, and the modern facilities.

Cons:

It is a pity that we could not use the rooftop foot spa service.

Overall a good hotel if you look at convenience and location
Pros:

Proximity to Myeongdong and very convenient by uber or subway to everywhere. My 5th time staying here.

Cons:

Nothing much except that the Conceirge can be a little helpful. I noticed a lag in personnels. Some of them will take initiative to help press the lift button when they see many guests coming in with big bags or luggages. Others stand there like a statue and pretend they don’t see you coming. The service level is very confusing as we are not sure what’s the protocol!

Pros:

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed!!!!! Family of four kids being 13 and 15 we stayed at the Lourban suite 20th floor. Spacious great view comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean!!!! In the town centre next to metro line. Hint: for smokers there is an alley opposite the hotel where you can smoke!!!!!

Bardzo udany kolejny pobyt.
Pros:

Była to nasza kolejna wizyta w tym hotelu. Ostatnio byliśmy tu 2 lata temu i tak nam się spodobało, że przy kolejnej wizycie również postanowiliśmy się zatrzymać w tym hotelu. Wyróżnić należy super lokalizację oraz wspaniały widok z 16 piętra na Namsan Tower. Bardzo miła obsługa. Mieliśmy problem polegający na tym, że pokój się nie zamykał, ale usterka została dość szybko naprawiona.

Cons:

Nie podobała mi się suszarka, która chyba miała uszkodzoną funkcję grzania, bo powietrze wylatywało z niego co najwyżej umiarkowanie ciepłe. Ponadto, hotel mógłby pomyśleć o zmianie sposobu otwierania drzwi prysznicowych. Może powinny się otwierać do wewnątrz prysznica? Albo w ogóle zrobić prysznic walk-in bez drzwi. Obecne rozwiązanie jest bardzo niewygodne i trzeba się gimnastykować, żeby wejść pod prysznic, a potem wyjść.

房間內就可以看見南山塔，就在明洞商圈，有711、cu，大創，逛街方便。 房間還算舒適，但可惜沒有浴缸、且房間有點小（我是三人房）
