Convenient location with great hotel staff
Pros:

I think the staff did a great job and were friendly. The location is perfect and close to shopping and excellent restaurants are within a short walk. Great views from hotel room. Clean room everyday upon request. Although I didn’t schedule a tour, many companies pick up was just in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast at the hotel was not very tasty. There was a protest at night during my stay which is uncontrollable for the property so I don’t fault them for that. The property appears older than the pictures suggest. I would suggest renovation to the showers (very slippery) and updating the hallways with more lighting and room doors if the property is up to it. But all in all, I thought the service from front desk, receptionist to cleaning staff was great and on point.

Great location, but that's about it.
Pros:

1. Prime location in Myeongdong. Probably one of the best locations.
2. Good laundry room (4 pairs of washers and dryers) with detergent vending machine and coin exchange machine.
3. Nice view from room.
4. OK shower pressure.

Cons:

1. Hygiene issue: the room was dirty when we first entered. During our stay, the housekeeping team did an awful job on cleaning the room. By the 3rd day, there was already a layer of dust on the night stand and desk. The shower floor was also not cleaned during room service.

2. Counter staff were quite cold on most of my encounters. Feels like they were not interested in helping and just wanted me to go away.

Great staff, great hotel in a hip neighborhood!
Pros:

The hotel itself is in a great area literally in the heart of Myeongdong shopping area. The rooms are very nice, the view is nice and the place was very clean. The staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile.

Cons:

In Korea people don’t drink coffee with milk or cream. So I don’t blame them for that but it would’ve been nice to have a little cream for my coffee.

Pros:

У Lotte есть собственная косметическая линия, и она оказалась настолько классной, что после проживания в отеле я купила себе шампунь, бальзам и другие средства уже домой. Всё можно приобрести прямо на ресепшн, это очень удобно. Для меня это оказался один из тех приятных отельных моментов, которые действительно запоминаются.

Cons:

Необычная планировка санузла: зона с раковиной находится прямо в номере, а вход в душевую также непосредственно из комнаты. Для пары это, возможно, не критично, но при проживании с взрослым ребёнком такой вариант оказался не очень комфортным. учитывайте это при бронировании

Great location for first time visitors
Pros:

Brilliant location for us as first time visitors. We were right in the middle of so much activity but could retreat to the Hotel when necessary. Metro just outside meant getting to other parts of the city was easy. Well maintained and clean with generally good facilities

Cons:

The room was a bit small with not a lot of hanging space for a week's stay.
Lifts were very slow (maybe because we were on the top floor)
Restaurants were ok but disappointing for a 4 star hotel

Overall a good stay with superb location.
Pros:

Space at Lounge area on level 3 is great, with Nespresso
Coffee capsule. Daily top up of water, change of disposable slippers. Toiletries smell good. Airport limo bus stop just outside the hotel.

Cons:

I wished the toilet has more space to put toiletry at the sink area.
