Great location, great facilities, friendly staff - could not fault the stay at all.
Pros:

Location was perfect, away enough from the big crowds, but close enough to commute to the nearest train stations, taxi stands, bus stops. Surrounded by so many types of restaurants and shops. 7/11, ATM, 24 Hour emart, daiso, starbucks, twosome cafe was literally at your door step. Great laundry, bathroom & restaurant facilities.

What was great was the luggage storage and scale facilities - great touch to store luggage for early or late departure flights so you can explore quicker or before your departure after you have checked out.

1000/10 experience.

Cons:

At times the lifts would take some time - but that is a given during check and check out especially with large groups.
I would recommend if there is 2-3 people wanting access to their room after check in - that groups would give them priority for lift access took us more than 25 mins to get to our room after a long flight because their was over 30 ppl in a group check in.

Cons:

During breakfast hours, the buffet ran out of food, and it took a long time for the issue to be addressed.
The coffee machine was out of coffee.
The staff member at the hotel entrance was not courteous or helpful when it came to ordering a taxi.
I had higher expectations regarding the breakfast and the service.

It wasn't value for money. For the amount we paid, we expected more.
Pros:

Location was good, room was clean.

Pros:

Great location, very close to subway and bus stops including airport limousine for easy airport transfers. Rooms very comfortable and clean with minimalist styling. The breakfast buffet has lots of good options and the staff were very helpful with an accidental overbooking.
