Our stay was pleasant and relaxed. Thanks to all the staff who made us feel at home.
Pros:

The property is clean and safe and is in a convenient location. The staff were very helpful. I was unable to withdraw cash from the ATM yesterday and the Concierge saw the issue and gave me the cash to use on the laundry machine. A very kind act from him.

Cons:

I recommend you put up a notice on the ATM on how to use it in English. Another feedback is that you need to learn to understand English a bit better.

Good location but disappointing service
Pros:

The location was good and convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern and generally well presented. The facilities and overall appearance met expectations and the property was comfortable enough for our stay.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the inconsistency of the staff especially at reception in the lobby area. Some were helpful and professional while others seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests.
We had an ongoing issue that had already been discussed with a previous reception staff member and I have all the email correspondence saved. When we followed up at reception instead of continuing from where their colleague had left off, the staff member simply refused to help. They even went as far as saying "I don't speak English" which was quite surprising and frustrating given they were working at reception in an international hotel?
Good customer service should involve staff communicating with each other and ensuring guests don't have to start from scratch every time they seek assistance. Other than that the stay was okay overall. However, based on my experience, I personally wouldn't choose to book this hotel again.

excellent place to stay
Pros:

the staff is very friendly, always help us with everything including calling for a taxi. our check in time is 3pm but we're coming at 2pm and they helped us to check in earlier. they gave us 4 bottles of water everyday and cleaned up our bedroom daily. the location is in the center of myeongdong so it's easy to find food. in the 1st floor of the hotel, there is 7 11 convenient store. I love staying here.

Comfortable stay and rare in-house halal restaurant
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, decent sized room, amenities and location was great (lovely coffee shop downstairs, near subways, had a couple of convenience stores near by, not too far from prime shopping area of myeondong). Washing machine and dryer were available so I could do laundry by myself for a nominal fee of 5,000 won each. Helpful concierge at ground floor prior to going up to 2F lobby. Gave a flier of information / FAQ which was super useful e.g. airport transfer etc. there was a halal restaurant but I didn't get to try it operated by muslims, it claimed (called Saffron).

Cons:

Price is on the higher side but I would say rather standard for a hotel of that calibre in prime area like myeondong. Aircond was a bit low since it was already approaching hot weather season. Staff brought me a stand fan which helped.

הכל. צוות מאוד אדיב ונחמד. מיקום מושלם ליד התעלה, בשכונת אולג'י-רו צמוד למיונגדונג אבל לא בתוך הרעש והצפיפות. בבניין עצמו 7/11, בית קפה מסעדות. מוקף בבתי קפה, מסעדות וחנויות. מבחינת מיקום הכי אהבנו מכל האזורים ששהינו בסיאול.
