とても快適でした。
Pros:

部屋は広くて清潔感があり、オフィス街にあるので、雑多な感じではありません。
料金も少しお得感があります。
1階にコンビニがあり、カフェもあります。
ベットも広くて、ぐっすり眠れました。

Cons:

遅くまでショッピングをして歩いて帰れますが、少し距離が有りました。

Overpriced and uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Breakfast was the only positive: not a huge variety, but the food was tasty.

Cons:

I was really disappointed with my stay. In August I stayed at the Gangnam branch for 10 days and paid less than I paid here for only 3 nights, and that experience was much better.

The room felt old and poorly maintained, and honestly not very sanitary. The duvet was ripped, and when I checked in there wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the room. My room faced a balcony with no access, yet the window could be opened to the other side , as a woman traveling alone, this felt unsafe and made me uncomfortable for the entire stay. Breakfast was the only positive: not a huge variety, but the food was tasty. However, the breakfast staff’s manners were disappointing. I stepped away for about 2 minutes after bringing food from the buffet, and staff immediately tried to take my plate. When I stopped them, I was given rude looks and the plate was dropped on my table in an unfriendly way. The elevator situation was frustrating ,I repeatedly waited 5–10 minutes for an elevator to arrive, which is not acceptable.
When i texted them about all of the issues, later in the evening, the front desk manager called my room to apologize, but I was sleeping because I had an early morning flight. I appreciate the apology, but it doesn’t change the fact that I felt uncomfortable throughout my entire stay.

Overall, I expected much better for the price and would not choose this property again unless these issues are improved.
