Access to the infinity pool is by reservation only.

The property's infinity pool is only for the use of guests staying at the property.

During peak season, only Pool Package guests may use the pool, limited to one session per night per stay with prior reservation.

Enjoyable stay but not really luxury for 4 stars
Pros:

I liked the location a lot! Super easy to get around myeondong via subway and walking distance to the shopping area.
They were kinda enough to help me ship something to Busan as I left it in the room

Cons:

Super noisy room/ no sound proofing
The lifts took forever

Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Central location and has all the amenities for a 4 day stay

Cons:

No iron and board in the hotel room - had to share it in a common room so be prepared if you need anything ironed or pressed before getting dressed. Rooms were small but tolerable for short stays.

Overall, very nice trip. Excellent location. We walked to almost all of our events.
Pros:

Location. Staff was very very helpful. Cleaning staff was prompt and efficient. Breakfast selection was good and service was efficient.

Cons:

Not having a restaurant in the hotel for all meals. Room was a bit small and dated. My prior experience with Lotte was modern and spacious rooms. Room was adequate but not as expected. Coffee machines at breakfast were problematic - frequently not working and requiring reset The first day, they had normal coffee pots to use instead of the machines. Suggest to include coffee pots all the time.
