מיקום המלון מצוין. חמש דקות הליכה לרחובות התוססים של המיונגדונג. חמש דקות הליכה לאזור התוסס של נהר הצ׳ונגצ׳און.

Cons:

התחזוקה לא תמיד תואמת את המחיר. כך גם השירות. שקעי חשמל ליד המיטה לא עובדים בשני חדרים. כרית מיטה מוכתבת בדיו כחול. פקידי קבלה שיכולים להיות נחמדים יותר.

Cons:

The dryers in the laundry cost 5000krw for 45 mins and the clothes were still damp. Had to do 2 dries (10,000) and clothes were still not properly dry.

İlk defa Seoul'e seyahat edecekler için konumu harika. Otelin içinde 7/11 olması büyük avantaj.

We had an amazing experience at Lotte City Hotel Seoul. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Myeongdong, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance.

The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of international dishes to suit different tastes. However, I think it would be even better if some of the menu items were changed daily to add more variety. It would also be great to include more vegan and vegetarian options, even though I am not a vegetarian. The pastry selection was also a bit limited.

The room size was comfortable, but for a family of four it felt slightly cramped. Despite that, the overall comfort and excellent service made our stay very enjoyable.

Overall, I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 based on the rooms and facilities. However, considering the outstanding service and unbeatable location in the heart of Myeongdong, I would happily give it 4.5 out of 5.

Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We stayed in Rooms 607 and 603, and truly appreciated everything your team did to make our stay enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Seoul.
