Pros:

Nice hotel although finding the actual entrance with all the other businesses was a bit confusing driving by, high outside sign was okay but door wasn't obvious

Cons:

Parking confusion and whatever the noise was happening about 10 pm that was fireworks possibly or someone have a great time with a set of drums/musical instruments that were banging.

Pros:

Large size of double room. Quiet. Comfy beds.

Pool was not heated. Shower was slippery. Parking situation is not pleasant.

Pros:

I am a Head Coach of a travel softball team, and our families had the pleasure of staying at this property for (4) nights. Make sure you ask for Thomas ( I believe he is the maintenance man/custodian). He is the most kind hearted person you will ever come on contact with.... Truly he made our stay, and Marriott should be honored to have this gentleman on his team. Thomas if you see this message, all my continued blessings to your family my brother!!

I couldn't bathe my kids. The shower water temp was horrendous. It was not stable. It went in waves of freezing to scolding hot. You had 10 seconds to wash and then wait a minute for it to cool down and so on. And the shower floor wasn't clean. Hair and dust from previous guest were in it.

Cons:

The pipes in the shower would rattle during our showers and we would have to turn off the water then turn it back on to make it stop. The air conditioner also had to be reset each time we returned to our room to cool it back down because it wasn’t working properly. We were also charged a considerable amount more for the room than what we were quoted when we booked the room.

Not the best experience
Pros:

The restaurant across the street was fantastic

Cons:

Room was dirty, walked in and a pile if dirt literally on the top of the two drawers
The wifi, so bad, my son and I tried to just watch a movie on Netflix and had to restart it every couple of mins
The price was crazy expensive...especially w bad parking. Food price was outrageous.
There was a giant trash bag of trash sitting my ice machine for over 20hrs. On the 6th floor
A pile of dirty laundry just left by the elevators for at least 16 hrs
Advertises movie theater...no movies being played.

Terrible!!!
Pros:

I spent nearly $800 for this 3 day stay because of the amenities. So far this has been an extreme disappointment and I’m highly unsatisfied. First off there was a disgusting brown stain on the base of the toilet. Second, attempted to get breakfast and was told they don’t have majority of the items on their menu. Basically they only have tomatoes as they claim their food hasn’t been delivered. They don’t have coffee they said we are to drink the coffee in our rooms. They have a theater but you have to rent it out! I have never in all my years of traveling experience this level of inconvience from this chain I’m greatly disappointed and will be complaining. Everything you expect a hotel to have they don’t but will tell you to how far you have to drive get it!! I have to spend 2 more days in this scam of a hotel and I’m furious. Shame on courtyard!
