I had the worst hotel stay at KIP Hotel, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. From the start, the staff were unfriendly and poorly trained, making check-in an unpleasant experience. The biggest issue was the terrible cigarette smell in the room. It was so strong that I couldn’t even breathe properly. After complaining, they moved me to another room, but it was just as bad. It seems like this hotel is meant for smokers, with no concern for non-smoking guests.
To make matters worse, I sent an email to the hotel regarding my experience, but they didn’t even bother to reply. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. A good hotel should at least acknowledge complaints and try to improve, but this one clearly doesn’t care about its guests.
The overall cleanliness and service were disappointing, and the staff were not polite at all. I strongly advise against staying here. If you’re looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, avoid this hotel at all costs. I hope the management takes serious action to improve, but based on my experience, I doubt they will.

Get exactly same room as before. Check in and out was fast. It is just the leaking theough the ceiling causing moist ceiling prone to fungal. 😅
The hotel and rooms are modern. Choosing black as one of the color is nice but when housekeeping do not clean properly, the dust can be very obvious. Need to remove Children’s drawing on the wall. The entrance door has auto closed , but it will take awhile
to fully shut . However , my the other room was alright. The biggest disappointment is the reception during checkin. I stood at the line for awhile before he saw me as he was busy with paperwork. No welcome greetings. This hotel also provide quarantine facilities. Is acceptable but please allocate a section or a floor to house them. It was scattered at 11 floor. Very obvious , a Banquet chair is placed out side the entrance door. Plus area- bed is very comfortable and rain shower water pressure is great.
Everything seems not clear at all. Especially the bathroom. Bed sheet
I was asked to do my 10 days quarantine in this hotel from Mar 24th till Apr 2nd. (Covid period)
My stay was pleasant and of course boring as well.(Don't expect too much during quarantine).
Service was very good (I would like to thank Ms Khalijah and their staffs) for making my stay pleasant and the hotel room is very spacious for the price offered, RM140/day with 3 meals.
Only problem is the hotel is too far to where I am going next and the 1st dinner was extreme late, closed to 9:50pm. They apologized for the late dinner due to high check in rate that day with insufficient staffs.
Overall, it was a good stay and if I do have a chance to come back, will choose this hotel, but hopefully not for quarantine again.

I am on business trip and book the room through agoda. The room was okay until i spot 2 cockroaches. kill it both then spot another 3. Thought that they were not died yet.. and ask for room service to sent me pesticides.... only then I discovered there were COCKROACHES NEST breeds inside the room!!! A hotel room not supposed to breed cockroach!! I am definitely not gonna come to this hotel EVER AGAIN!! ITS GONNA BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE

This is my second time staying at kip hotel overall me and my children really enjoyed. They really like a hotel swimming pool and other than that rooms was comfy ,the reception counter are very helpful especially credit to Mr.Harry ..good job!,for sure me and my children will be back at Kip Hotel..good luck ..

1. Check in quite slow and the malay guy staff unfriendly (seem like i own him money) when I asked about the deposit. Please train ur staff.. We are the customer.. If he feel don't like to work, just stay at home.
2. When we booked the room, I did mention the room I want, but then when thhe room is given is not what I want, they say I didn't write it whereby I did mention, then they ask when did I book the room. COULD U (HOTEL) READ OUR REMARKS BEFORE U PRCD... NEVER EXPECT A CUSTOMER TO REMIND U FEW TIMES. READ..... READ... READ. DO I HAVE TEACH YOU. DON'T EXPECT US TO TELL U AGAIN AND AGAIN.
3. ROOM is super unclean, towel is old.. The side yarn all are torn out.. Bed sheet old and yellowish.. Like never change before.
4. There is so many cockroach in the room whereby I need to kill it by self..
I really disappointed with your hotel.. Please train all your staff..

One of the best service I have ever experienced staying at a hotel. Frontdesk Dwayne was so kind to give extra bed we requested foc. So were the 2 malay ladies whom we asked for help(safety box jammed)
rooms were spacious & view was amazing as we cld see the twin tower. location is okay & pool was great, however temp was so cold. however not very satisfied . came after check-in time however room wasn’t ready, bt were quick to get us another room. however room given, linens were stained, under the bed was dusty, no fridge?? no skirting fr bed as in pictures. apparently there was also previous stayer’s feedback form. the following day we were sort of ‘ forced to vacate our room ‘ for hskp needed to clean our rooms, felt uncomfortable whn he said i could just stay in the room too while he cleaned?? upon dep we weren’t able to get a grab, ask fr assistance at the recep but they said it’ll be the same if they tried calling a can for us, altho he was nice asking hw our stay was but we didnt wanna trouble anyone & were in a rush.
