Very near transit monorail. Near shopping.
Pros:

The staff is around lobby... Easy check-in and check out. Have free car park in basement. Family room is big...

A very good location near Selayang, Kepong, Gombak areas and also not far KL city centre.
Pros:

Very good location and many parking spots are provided inside and outside the building.

Cons:

Slow and unstable wifi connection. Pillows are quite thin, so they are not comfortable and elastic enough. Besides, why does the blanket have many layers? One or two thick blankets should be more convenient but still provide enough warmth in an air-conditioned room.

Very easy parking, central location. Friendly staff, easy to deal with. I often stay here, hope the hotel can improve the standard again

Cons:

The water pipe in the bathroom is always clogged and makes the water in the pipe slow to drain. The air conditioner always takes a long time to cool the room. There is a blue pillow in the room, dirty and smelly, I hope the hotel can wash or remove the pillow..

Fine stay but not satisfied
Pros:

Hotel in the prime location and easier for buying things

Cons:

Bathroom was clogged all the times, have to wait until it drains after a person showered. Very worst and too smelly
