Hôtel en rénovation
Pros:

Piscine au 5eme étage (vue autoroute et chantier en face)

Cons:

L'hôtel est en rénovation, moisissure au plafond, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas bien, vue automatique et rue Ultra passante, petit déjeuner froid.

Bad Front Office Indian Lady.
Pros:

The hotel is the best we could get around that area. the rooms are okay. Parking is easy and ample. nearby to restaurants.

Cons:

We had a horrible experience with the reception Indian girl. first whatever we asked she kept saying no and we understood. she kept saying this new management doesnt allow. Fine. then she gave us the keys. 1 for each room. i told her i need 2 key cards since my kids are sleeping in the other room. the again blatantly said no. so i said, how come everything also your answer is no. she then spoke so loudly on the phone to someone. it was a personal call. then i asked why cant i get 1 more extra key card, she was so unhappy. but another 2 malay reception ladies were very helpful and told her definitely can and they gave the card. she took the first key card and just chucked it on the counter to me. so i told the other ladies that she isnt fit to work in front office. then my suband scolded her for the way she handled the customers. she shouted at my husband back that we dont pay her salary.!!! can you imagine???they dont understand that no customer no job in the hospitality industry.

Pros:

From arrival till I checked out, everything went smooth. Private multistorey parking was one of the ++. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom. For the price I paid, I am not complaining at all.

This is my 2nd time check-in your hotel , before ok, please inprove

The room damp and smeelly,
The remote control at the room without casing,
The wooden floorboards along the wall fell off and no one cleaned them up.

Pros:

Easy to parking. Have convenience store at lobby and many more.this is my second stay.

Cons:

The room is a bit shabby. The wall coverings have started to come off. Maybe because of the age of the hotel.but for me it ok.
