Pros:

Great location for us to be able to leave the car in the car park and walk round Richmond for a few days. Good breakfast choices. Clean room that looked like recently modernised.

Cons:

Car park charge was $5 per day higher than I was told by email. No response from hotel when later queried.

Best stay of the last 5 years, of anywhere, and I travel almost every week, every month.
Pros:

Unbelievable staff, unreal rooms, amazing service- EVERYTHING here far exceeded my expectations and then some. Alfonso, the GM, and his team were INCREDIBLE. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cons:

nothing i didn't like. This place was incredible.

Pros:

Besonders der Rezeptionist, er war sehr aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das machte es uns leichter, da unser Englisch begrenzt war. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde in Plastikgeschirr und -Besteck angeboten. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse war das Angebot ok.

Cons:

Poor information about top floor restaurant opening times in email and even out on the street. I also had to look around to find the breakfast. You dont write about where its found.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Comfy Bed
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. While it was a hot breakfast, there weren't many options. But it came with the room so its fine.

Cons:

I stayed for the weekend and honestly it was great. Don't have anything that I necessarily didn't like.

Pros:

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great and breakfast was very good. I would stay again if necessary.

REMARKABLE
Pros:

We love everything about this hotel. The location and the staff are amazing. It is our go to hotel anytime we come to Richmond.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was that our room did not have curtains that closed. So when the sun came up it shined directly into our room, making it hard for us to sleep in.
