Excelente ubicación, justo al frente de la estación del tren. La host muy amable, muy buena disposición para resolver dudas. Las instalaciones del lugar impecables, las cama cómodas, te entregan toalla gratis.

Amazing hostel in Zermatt! 💕
Pros:

The hotel design is super cute, clean and the social room is comfortable! The staff is super kind, and the hotel is just 1 minute from the station, so you don’t have to worry at all, if you have big luggage.

Comfy experience at Zermatt
Pros:

Super close to the center of Zermatt—just a short walk from the train station, an absolutely amazing location.
The bathroom and surrounding areas were very clean and really comfortable.
The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful; she upgraded our room so both rooms had mountain views and even gave us a locker in advance, anticipating it might get full.
The Portuguese cleaning lady was also nice.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Great stay in Zermatt
Pros:

If I could give 12 Stars I would. Absolutely great stay in Zermatt if you are on a budget. Very good value for the money: everything is clean, staff is very accommodating and common areas like kitchen and living room to meet other travelers
