The room was large and spotlessly clean. The beds and bedding were of a high quality and extremely comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the freshly-cooked breakfast excellent.

Great location, ornate and traditional building and pub. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing specific i didn't like but the air con in our room was quite noisy, so we had to turn off at night, and we couldn't open our windows to get natural air to the room. The shower area needed some TLC and updating as the grouting had mould in places. But other than that, the facilities were great 👍

A good sized room with comfy bed. A good choice for breakfast and very tasty. I liked having a key for the safe and being able to return to the room without walking through the inn.
Two minor improvements please. There was no soap dish, so we had to put our wet soap on the vanity top, which felt unnatural.
There was no privacy film on the bathroom window, so we had to keep the blind down, but my wife would have preferred natural light when doing her makeup.
The staff was wonderful
So helpful with anything I needed. I will and have already recommended this lovely Inn.
The food was well above my expectations.
The stairs, not that they can be helped, but im not a fan.
Also, my bed was bit tall and lopsided mattress wise.

Great location for, and proximity to popular venues in the area.
The room (No.3) is becoming dated, and in need of some maintnence to address minor defects - maily cosmetic but the tiles an the shower and the cracked basin should be a priority.
The air.conditoning unit was difficult/impossibel to operate - some instructions (and new batteries in the remote) would be useful. Room safe not working (staff did provide a solution as they were aware of the iissue)..

We hebben al eens gelogeerd in de Victoria Inn en waren gecharmeerd van het authentieke Engelse karakter en sfeer en het goede Engelse ontbijt. Dat wilden we de kleinzoon laten zien. Gelukkig had de kamer nu ook iets heel moderns: airco, een zegen bij de temperaturen tijdens de 5e hittegolf van 2026. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt uitstekend, en de ligging van de Inn t.o.v. openbaar vervoer en winkels/supermarkten ook uitstekend.
De slaapbank van de familiekamer is al lang aan pensioen toe.
De handdouche kent een klein probleem, is ergens aan de zijkant van het handvat lek.
Toiletbril zat wat los en scheef.
Petit déjeuner super, chambres climatisées et confortables, accessibilité centre de Londres en 15 minutes par le train

A foist smell in the room at times
Nice pub and people were nice
The aircons didn’t work in the room and they wouldn’t move my room, they said the aircons were broken in all rooms when it was the hottest day recorded in history in London. Beds not comfortable either. didn’t offer any sort of compensation for this. 330 pounds for two nights in a very average pub is not okay.
Room was comfortable. Nice to have the air con. Location was convenient and staff were friendly and efficient.

Good shower and bath , Nespresso machine in the roo, friendly staff, good location to visit London.
