Great place , great food , shame about management handing of my complaint which they have chosen to ignore
Pros:

Clean , tidy . Great location for what we wanted . Food was exceptional from the kitchen

Cons:

Excessive noise from staff at 02:40 hours , I have emailed to complain about this and no one has the decency to return my enquiry

Staying here is so easy. The staff are professional but genuine and really care. I love it!

Lovely spot, would recommend and stay again
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, fantastic location and the food is great. Fab little pub with a wonderful selection of drinks and brilliant restaurants close by, too. Perfect transport route close by with Peckham Rye station.

Cons:

Breakfast service is a little slow and there's no juice/tea/coffee available to help yourself when you arrive but when it does the food is great, and the staff are very nice

Pros:

Lovely hosts and staff in the bar downstairs, easy to navigate around the rooms and entrances. Host was lovely made us feel very welcome

Cons:

Rooms were just a little bit warm air con was facilitated but it was a little noisy so we had to keep switching it off but no fault of the hotels

可以住，但不推荐空调房
Pros:

酒店提供三餐（自费），但价格比较昂贵。但周边没有别的餐馆，因此只能选择在酒店吃。员工比较亲切友善，提出需要帮助时反应迅速。

Cons:

选择居住空调房一定要慎重，两件空调房临街，在深夜前都非常吵闹。最可怕的事他们的空调，发出的噪音像一辆摩托机车在屋里启动，并且在我居住的两晚里不停地漏水，我向酒店反应了状况，但完全没用。

Prima hotel voor een weekendje Londen
Pros:

Moderne badkamer met een goede douche.
Lekker groot bed met een goed matras.
Hotel ligt op 10 min lopen van de overground metro dus een prima verbinding naar de stad

Cons:

Kamer had een lekke airco waardoor deze erg veel lawaai maakte en water lekte in de kamer. Niet erg prettig aangezien het boven de 30 graden was de dagen dat wij er waren.
Verder zaten wij met onze kamer aan de straatkant dus hoorde je best veel geluiden van buiten.

Great location and lovely staff - thank you!
Pros:

Really lovely friendly staff, nice pub, food looked good though I didn’t get up in time to eat breakfast. Nice cool room with air con was a treat.

Cons:

The room was very small and dark for the price - it felt a bit claustrophobic- I would’ve liked to have a view out the windows (frosted glass and blinds pulled down)
