1. The toilet faucet is wrongly designed, as it is on the LHS, whereas it should be on RHS, which makes it very inconvenient to use. 2. The toilet floor is very slippery, tiles are v. dirty with no proper ventilation.
3. The wrack to keep the towels, dry clothes in the toilet is broken n inspite of informing the receptionist, nothing was done. 4. The toilet door lock doesn’t work n one cannot lock it properly. 5. Now a days all airlines, railways, buses etc. offer discount for senior citizens but the hotel didn’t n their tariff is very high n not value for money. G. S. Madan, Mumbai, 5th June ,2026.

All well...a bit costly
This is an excellent hotel, recently renovated - very clean and very friendly staff. The location is close to Gandhi Chowk (not so walkable though) but can be reached by a car in 5 minutes. The food is good. This is certainly one of the best places to stay, no doubt about it. The terrace is excellent and there is live music everyday on the terrace, which is very relaxing.
They took a bit longer time while check-out inspite of alerting the reception 30 mins before my check out. It is not a complaint, but they can have a better and fast check out procedure.

They have the best chef in town!! Everything was super delicious from the morning breakfast to dinner.

The hotel was out of this world, clean and tidy, with stunning views, the hotel staff were always there to assist you, food and service was excellent, they also supplied a great service for out taxi driver, his car was under cover, and they supplied him with 3 meals a day and extra blankets, I recommend this hotel 1000%
Nothing, the only thing was just having 3 days there on our tour, I wish I could of stayed longer & took the view with me. I will be putting this hotel on my list to tour again.
