Für uns keine Empfehlung mehr.
Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und bisher immer zufrieden. Diesmal fehlte die bisher typische Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit.

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet war zeitweise unvollständig und erst nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt worden. Brotkorb war fast leer, Milch hat ganz gefehlt.
Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert, so dass das für mich als Diabetiker lebensnotwendige Insulin nicht gekühlt werden konnte.
Die Be- und Entlüftung im WC funktionierte überhaupt nicht.
Das WLan-Verbindung war sehr instabil und teilweise ein Totalausfall.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr schöne Lage mit einem angenehmen Außenbereich. Frühstück Raum sehr schön eingerichtet aber an Buffets war zueng. Überall sauber und Personal nett.

Cons:

Bei jeder Bewegung knarrte das Bett und die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Außerdem fehlte die Matratzeschona. In dem Schrank war Farbreste ,sodass wir die Sachen im Koffer gelassen haben. Da wir nur 4 Nächte dort übernachtet hatten, hat uns das nicht gestört.

Das Zimmer ist schön gross. Alles sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Service ist absolut planlos. Der einzige, der seinen Handwerk versteht, ist der junge Mann im Restaurant. Am schlimmsten ist die Dame vom Frühstück. Siehst so hektisch und beschwert sich die ganze Zeit, dass sie alleine ist. sie stresst durch ihre fahrige Art. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr unpraktisch aufgebaut. Wenn schon nur zwei Gäste im Buffet stehen, tritt man sich nur auf die Füsse.

Goed geslapen, maar weinig te doen op maandag
Pros:

Rustige omgeving en prima geslapen. Schone kamer en veel ruimte. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Weil am Rhein.

Cons:

Helaas was de bar en het restaurant op maandag gesloten. Daardoor vielen de faciliteiten ons tegen. Ontbijt hadden we meer van verwacht. Denk dat dat mede gezien het gesloten restaurant wat karig was die ochtend.

Gute Unterkunft, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
Pros:

Nett Anlage, sogar mit Pool. Mein Zimmer war riesig.

Cons:

In ein paar Jahren sollten die Zimmer modernisiert werden. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos, aber es waren halt auch nur wenige Gäste da.

Frühstück: Man hat gemerkt, dass ein Inhaberwechsel bevorstand. Das Frühstück war für meine Verständnis lieblos. Auswahl ausreichend. Vielleicht wird es ja das nächste mal mit neuem Inhaber besser.
