The breakfast options were good
Our room was dirty, finger nail clippings in the carpet, not wiped down properly, the air conditioner had something wrong with it and it made a terribly loud noise all night long so no one could get any sleep and the bathroom tub didn’t drain
Adjustable shower head would not stay up, kept sliding down making it hard to stay underneath.
I was charged twice for my room. I booked it on booking.com, got to the facility to check in, and was charged by the hotel, too. Booking.com fee was 138 and the Fairfield charged me another 160. I emailed into the company about it and still have yet to get an answer. Would not recommend.

The hot tub didn’t smell great
Last couple times we stayed here we ran into same thing.
I am only giving 3 stars at this time as I have stayed here before. I did not request a handicap room. Expedia must have chose it for me. Room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom/shower would hardly qualify as clean. Please put more effort towards these areas. Refrigerator was not functional which sadly is common in hotels. We did get a replacement a day late. I would suggest periodic maintenance done on stays longer than 2 days on "in room amenities". Pool and hot tub are nice for family. Outdoor fireplace was nice also. Good place to stay. I would stay again but, honestly? This Fairfield Inn wouldn't be first choice.
