The shower barley shot out water, the shower wand didn't work for the price I paid that was not acceptable. The breakfast for the price was not that great . Sorry but for what was charged should've been more up to hype

Overall ok staff seem unprepared for a busy event weekend which they should have planned for.

The staff was good

Cons:

They didn't have rooms ready, then gave us two queens vs king suite, One room had light out so my parents had a hard time seeing, then the body wash was out in one room and conditioner in another and hard time getting feather free pillows

Way Better here than I imagined...!
Pros:

As this was the Second Stop of a trip across the USA.... I never expected the find such a hotel in Scottsbluff, Nebraska... But yet here it was.... after driving all day long...I expected a 50/50 hotel... instead I found a place to stay overnight that out weighed my expectations... starting with the front desk staff who were very good and gave me that feel good feeling that this was the place.... !!

Cons:

Nothing .... I found the hotel was doing an excellent job... my room was fabulous...Great Location....super service... for a hotel out in the middle of what my kids called Nowhere.... I found comfort and relaxation...!
