Todo estuvo bien.

Property was a little tired and worn

We booked a beach front view. There was no view, and the room was subpar. No hot water and the AC broke down. They changed the management and the quality of service is terrible. Not enough beach chairs for everyone, no umbrellas, lots of mosquitoes all over the property, no one was ever around to serve you. If you don't have the code to the garage, expect to wait in front of the door for a while. It's a shame the place looks nice on picture, and it's very central to wtv you need... but I wouldn't stay here ever again. After speaking with most guests from the hotel, they were also disappointed with quality of this property.

L'intérieur vieillissent, à rénové, frigo qui fuit, rien pour cuisiner

Stannar man flera dagar är det ingen städservice under vistelsen. Vi fick be dem tömma papperskorgen och då fick vi själva knyta ihop påsen och bära ner den till städerskan.

Reservamos primera planta y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, no dan factura aunque la solicité !

Our shower had almost no hot water and the shower head needs replacing ASAP.

The staff, while pleasant when seeing them, was rarely available in the actual office!

1) Room not ready when arrived and needed to stay in a room without the view I paid for.
2) upon moving to room the 2nd night AC and hot water did not work not work !
3 was told 2nd day both would be fixed the following day. Hot water was but AC was not,another room say required.
3) 3rd day ac unit was replaced and hot water worked . 👍🏽.
4) 4th day , hot water did not work again.
5) 5th day , ac did not work again. Later repaired again.
6) 7th day hot water did not work and never worked AGI. For the rest of my stay. 4 days!

My stay was not comfortable for over 75% of the time. No Ac, no hot water, and having to switch rooms to those without the premium view I paid for!

Very frustrating and disappointing. Considering my flexibility and acceptance of all the problem I would have thought some type of financial accommodation appropriate. I was on vacation and did not want to create conflict.

Hace falta un baño cerca de la piscina, para evitar estar yendo a la habitación.

Areas for improvements:
- Shampoo and soap dispensers didn't work, we had to go and buy our own.
- Didn't get face and hand towels the second time we stayed here.
- No coffee/tea, creamers, sugar--would have been great to have this available for morning coffee on the balcony.
- Communication was not great, we didn't get contact information. Every hotel we stayed at sent us a WhatsApp message with endless details about our stay, recommended places to go, amenities, etc. This function would make it 10x easier on the manager, rather than explaining things on the fly.
- Train staff or someone to check in guests when they arrive. Waiting for someone to show up should not happen. Someone should be there available to greet us and let us know the status of our room, etc.
- Add more pillows, we only had one per person.
- Add extra towels.

El anfitrión Eduardo poco comunicativo, descortés, solo hacer malas caras, un extranjero en inglés le dijo que le gustó el lugar y que muchas gracias y él solamente le dio la espalda y se fue. Pésimo anfitrión y solo por eso no pensamos volver. Sumado a lo anterior es falso que den desayuno como lo menciona la publicidad y él solo se digo a decir, ahí hay una máquina por si quieren comprar.

La falta de aseo en las mesas y bancas en zona verde.
