Pros:

El hotel no respetó la reservación porque no reconoce ningún vínculo de negocios con "hoteles.com" y nos vimos en la necesidad de buscar otro hotel en ese momento y nos costó más caro.

No revisan su correo, nunca se les ocurra reservar, ya que el hotel no verifica sus reservación de expedía, ni tiene personal calificado para manejar el sistema.
