Nothing
This should not be called a hotel. This is a residence for people who are displaced from their home. Several rooms had eviction notices taped to the door! There was on small tube of very cheap shampoo available, no conditioner, one towel and one small wash cloth. I traveled for work and left my hair dryer at home. I wasn't worried because most hotels have them readily available in the rooms. Not here! I didn't realize it until the next morning as I was so tired the night before when I arrived. I walked to the front desk hoping they at least had one I could borrower. There was a gate pulled down and no one at the front desk. They did not offer any sort of breakfast option. I was directed to the vending machine the night before. My child's school has better options in the vending machine than this place did. There were several people, including the front desk worker, smoking right outside the front entrance door. So, the lobby (or I guess what is supposed to be a lobby) reeked of cigarette smoke. It was literally the worst experience ever! For a $100 a night, I at least expected a hair dryer in the room.
Front desk customer service was fast and friendly.
The people on the other side of our hotel room were extremely noisy. They were pounding on the walls, talking loud and just generally being obnoxious and noisy. We couldn't get any sleep because of them and no one would answer the phone at the front desk for us to report their behavior to.
Nothing. The entire hotel smelled like wet dog
It smelled of wet dog.
There was no breakfast.
The rooms and beds were uncomfortable.
I appreciated the kitchenette very much. The bed was very comfortable.
Oddly, there were a lot of people hanging around in the parking lot .
The sign posted about quiet hours was a plus.
I didn't know this was an extended stay hotel. So many kids were out on the rug playing as I was trying to check out. It was hard to get around live in guest and so many kids.
No ice machine available.i had to share too much info about my car.
Very nice hotel. Everything you'd expect from a extended stay. Highly recommend. Staff was the nicest group of ladies I've met at a hotel
The bed was not good, staff was nice and friendly
