Blood stains on the bathroom wall,stains on the blanket so I didn't use it,the shower got the floor more wet then me,so I had spend 20 mins mopping the floor and the bed looks like the bought at walmart

Cons:

There was someone at the front desk, but since the shutters were down, I had to call them. After that, she checked me in. At 6 a.m., it was simply closed. There was only one bed instead of two, but they charged me for two.

Pros:

It’s cheap and simple, the room was clean and the bathroom. Front desk was nice and helpful when I needed an extra blanket or my room was locked. It’s a decent location, I’d probably stay again if I need to.

Cons:

No breakfast or pots/pans, it is an extended stay hotel so if you’re expecting appliances you should bring your own. They do provide a microwave and stove, otherwise really nice place.

I’m very disappointed in showing up to my hotel room with my three children and not being able to stay where I pre-plan

Nothing and we did not even stay there. They canceled our booking when we arrived, I’m in the process of getting my refund from you guys.

Cons:

Extremely dirty did not have the rooms that we booked. That was extremely rude and did not help the situation at all. We drove an hour and a half away for my son‘s wrestling tournament just to find out that they did not have the rooms that I requested because they were overbooked and canceled and we had to find a hotel last minute for the second year in a row

Good price. Place needs to be cleaned better and upgrade the beds.

Housekeeping needs to do a much better job of cleaning. Floors were bad. Ended up with floor dirt in our beds. You can look around and see they do not sweep or mop the floors well enough Beds were clunky. Made allot of noise whenever you moved around.
