La verdad pagué mi reservación con usted por aquí, pero cuando llegue al hotel a las 11:20pm nadie me recibió ,nunca salió nadie atenderme y me tuve que ir sin poder descansar ay, tuve que sacar una habitación en el Motel 6 que está al lado, SIN UNOS ESTAFADORES LA VERDAD

Shame on Surban Hotels
Pros:

The outside you have people food that is look good but the inside and the customer Service is a dump. You guys don’t even have enough towels to wash off with. No room service and the room wasn’t clean not one time I was there. I’m gonna report to bad business affairs. And asking for at least have of my money back

Good Afternoon. The Staff was very nice & Mr Ken was very exceptional , helpful, caring & concerned. House Keepers were wonderful as well. So is the young lady in the front office (Mgr)The only issue I have is the roaches , and my hood over the stove & you can't read the knobs. But other then that it's great here. And when towels had to be taking away bc it wasn't enough towels to go around for other guests .

They called me when i was 12 minutes away and said they did not have a room available for me. I had booked the room 24 hours before.
I was left to pull over on the side of road to find another room.
They obviously dont wont to honor their price that is quoted thru Booking.Com
