Security measures
Not having hot water to bathe. I had two surgeries this week and navy showers suck!!!! Google it!!!!
Things were falling apart!! Towel rack above toilet was barely on the wall. Vent in ceiling was missing screws and loose. It made me feel unsafe
People started knocking on doors for no reason around 6 am repeatedly. I couldn't get rest for surgery because the noise
The area that is in it's nice and it's around a lot of stuff that's convenient
I did not like how you had to pay a fee when staying more than one day to get towels and washcloths I did not like how you never can get in touch with the front desk no one ever answers the phone I did not like how housekeeping do not come and ask do you need your room cleaned or anything you just have to do it yourself I don't like that but other than that it was okay to stay the prices was okay in the area that is in is great
Nothing
Terrible bed. Had to pay for a fork. Bad shower. Room smelled like cigarettes. Floors were sticky. Blinds had smoke residue.
Laundry area
The bathrooms are atrocious and overall the room felt dirty.
Didn’t like all the partying and people throwing beer bottles in the parking lot in the back and the druggies going in and out, bad experience and didn’t feel safe, also was gave a room left dirty with used sheets and covers… definitely don’t recommend!!!!

The fact that it was a somewhere to rest for a few days!
The staff making me uncomfortable.
Room was dirty!
The hotel manager was knocking on the door I was about to get up to open the door, but she barged right in and I didn’t have anything on. I told her wait a minute and she still barged in this is invasive to my privacy
The price was good and the staff were pleasant. Fit our needs. Was able to sleep and get rest.
The bed was uncomfortable and moved a lot as it was just a simple metal frame in the middle of the floor. Cabinets could be updated as well as the cook tops. Shower head sprayed water all over bathroom had to wrap towel around shower head to stop. Maintenance tried fixing it but still leak a little.
