Everything
The staff was incredibly friendly and were willing to help when needed. They let us check in early to room due to the festival weekend.
Beds were clean, but the place is very outdated. The tub had several clumps of hair leftover from previous uses, floors were sticky, fridge and freezer were not very cold at all. Building had a kind of stale odor. The shower was completely cold the morning of checkout.
The location
Smelled disgusting, no lobby bathroom, bugs, room was not cleaned well there was liquid and sticky stuff all over the floor, the tub took hours to drain so only one of us could shower because hair and remnants was coming from the drain because it was taking so long to drain.
There was no breakfast. Only convenient thing was the location of the hotel.
The beds were so uncomfortable, they give you one sheet and a light comforter. They give you 2 pillows on 1 bed and the pillow is so thin I had to fold it in half to get any sort of cushion. There were cockroaches in the bathrooms too and the ventilation had a major issue. The cigarette smell in the room and entire hotel was awful too.
Did not to many dope dealers
Never cleaned the room, never took out the trash, never gave any new wash cloths or towels . Not happy requesting a refund or at least 1/2 back
The location
The staff was rude, they rent it out long term so overnights are shorted even a coffee pot. Oh wait you could purchase one.
Location was good.
Way too expensive for what you get. The toilet was broken.
We paid $85 for one night and were shocked by the condition of this room. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival.
The most disturbing part was finding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia left in the room. No paying guest should ever encounter illegal drugs in a room that is supposed to be cleaned and inspected before check in.
This is a serious health and safety issue, especially for families with children. For $85, I expected at least a clean and safe room. Instead, we found a room that felt neglected and unsafe. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
The actual room itself had spots around the window, on the ceiling, and parts of the walls. It was almost like it was an old apartment building that just got converted into a hotel. We have to shake the comforters out because there were spots on the comforters. I wouldn't recommend staying there again.
The room smelled like smoke , it was dirty in the kitchen and especially fridge. The ac was mainly where the smoke smell came from. I got back with a sore throat because of the bad air
The staff was atrocious especially the property manager...she is the nastiest hearted and attitude having person I ever encountered.
