Cons:

Bathroom had no toilet paper. We tried calling the front desk to no avail. The phone system is bad. No one was at the check in desk as it was after hours.
Bathroom had just one small soap for two. The kitchenette is useless unless you rent the pots and pans for $50. This was not disclosed in the description. Room was low standard. No lamp, no hangers. Poor value for the money.

If you’re traveling with your girl or kids don’t stay here, management has a lot to improve

Good staff and location, close to the airport

Cons:

Rooms smell like weed and cigarettes , a lot of insects, bed uncomfortable, no room service, a lot of homeless in the parking lot

Decent for the price to be close to downtown

The price for the area and how close it was to Bay St and River Streey

Cons:

The halls were not taken care of, needed vacuuming, chipped pain on carpet, the cabinets were extremely out dated like 90s even. The best of neighborhood, but I felt safe.

Was a decent hotel.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and loved the stove.

Cons:

Just people hanging outside with picnic chairs and the people loitering. And also the waiting time for a room was almost a hour and she never called to tell me when it was ready the receptionist only said it would be 45 minute wait which ended up to be longer.

The property smells like smoke, we found people smoking and drinking in front of the hotel. The room had mold all over and the bathroom was missing some tiles. My family and I came for a funeral so finding another place to stay was not possible.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in upon entering the building a you are treated by a mold and musky smell dirty carpets and dirty mats in the elevator. That smell continues into the room and lengers for my entire stay. The bed and bathroom linens were stained.
